영문 초록

  This paper examines current proposals on extrinsic plurality, and discusses where judgments vary among researchers, especially with respect to the syntactic licensing of extrinsic tul and its semantic contribution. The controversy on the syntactic side is whether only subjects can license extrinsic tul or not, among others. Controversies on the semantic side are whether extrinsic tul corresponds to a distributive operator, and whether the distributive sense is asserted or presupposed. The paper concludes with directions for future research.
