블렌디드 러닝에서 효과적 온/오프라인 학습에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 대학 강좌를 중심으로

국문 초록

  본 연구는 효과적 블렌디드 러닝에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인들을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 블렌디드 러닝에서의 효과적 학습에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 학습자들과 교수자들에게 개방형설문과 인터뷰를 실시하고 그 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 효과적 온라인학습에 영향을 미치는 요인들로는 첫째, 교수자 관련 하위요인으로 교수자에의 접근용이성, 학습과정 모니터링, 둘째, 학습자 관련 하위요인으로 학습시간과 장소의 선택, 학습자간 상호작용, 학습에의 지속적 참여, 셋째, 수업전략 관련 하위요인으로 사전학습, 보충심화학습, 학습자중심 수업전략, 평가의 다양성과 객관성, 넷째, 수업풍토 관련 하위요인으로 심리적 부담의 부재, 학습분위기 조성 등으로 밝혀졌다. 효과적 오프라인 학습에 영향을 미치는 요인들로는 첫째, 교수자 관련 하위요인으로 교수자의 학문적 열정, 내용전문성, 학습자와의 사회적 상호작용, 학습과정에 대한 통제, 둘째, 학습자 관련 하위요인으로 주의집중, 학습전략, 학습자간 상호작용, 셋째, 수업전략 관련 하위요인으로 설명방식, 내용제시방식, 즉각적 상호작용, 주의집중 전략, 평가 용이성, 넷째, 학습풍토 관련 하위요인으로 경쟁심, 긴장감, 학습분위기, 교수의 융통성 등으로 밝혀졌다. 전반적으로 블렌디드 러닝에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 효과적 온라인 학습에서는 ‘학습자 관련요인’이, 오프라인 학습에서는 ‘교수자 관련 요인’이 지대한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 시사점은 효과적 블렌디드 러닝의 설계를 위한, 교수자 역할의 재정립, 온라인 학습활동 평가방법 모색, 온라인 학습전략의 구안 등이다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are influencing effective on/offline learning of the blended learning and what differences among factors are between online learning and offline learning. In order to achieve the study goals, it was conducted to survey from learners and instructors who have experiences blended learning at higher education to identify what aspects of blended learning would be considered to design effective blended learning system.
  From the data analysis of college students’ and instructors" responses to effective on-line learning, it was identified as a significant factors for effective off-line learning that, (1) sub-factors of instructor variable are accessibility to instructor and monitoring of learning process, (2) sub-factors of learner variable are flexibility of time and place and interactions among learners, and consistent participation in learning (3) sub-factors of instructional strategy variable are prior learning, various display of learning contents, supplementary study, learner-centered learning strategy, and variability and objectivity of evaluation, and (4) sub-factors of learning climate variable are minimum psychological pressure and academic learning atmosphere.
  From the data analysis of college students’ and instructors" responses to effective offline learning, it was identified as a significant factors for effective off-line learning that, (1) sub-factors of instructor variable are academic passion, expertise of subjects, social interaction with learners, and control of learning process, (2) sub-factors of learner variable are concentration on the subject, individual learning strategy, and interactions among learners, (3) sub-factors of instructional strategy variable are explanation methods, presentation methods, immediate interaction with learners, strategy to get learners’ attention, and simplicity of evaluation, and (4) sub-factors of learning climate variable are competitiveness, tension, academic learning atmosphere, and flexibility of instruction.
