영문 초록

  From the study data taken from the high school girl students of Seoul, Kyung ki, Taejeon province and 519 samples were randomly selected(born between March 1, 1977 and February 28, 1978), and we analyzed the growth and development of physique by use of health realted notebook six-sixteen ages and direct measurement in seventeen years old students.
  And we also analyzed the phonomenon of menarch by use of guestronare and, the regression analysis of menarch.
  For make use of fundamental data, and effective management and teaching in high school girl students. The conclusion as follow;
  (1) Body measurement
  ① Growth and development was 44.58㎝(38.69%) in body height, 32.42㎏(167.98%) in body weight and chest girth was 26.06㎝(46.82%) during the twelve years.
  ② Maximum growth age of physique was 9-12 ages(6.17-6.18㎝) in body height, 10-13 ages(4.19-5.58㎏) in body weight and chest girth was 10-12 ages(3.97-5.31㎝).
  ③ These data show a fact that the age were after 15 years starts grow earlier.
  (2) The maximum growth age of physique
  ① Body height was 11.27±1.55 ages, body weight was 12.44±1.61 ages and chest girth was 12.35±1.78 ages in maximum growth ages.
  ② We can predicted the limited that the no difference in the year of 1980.
  (3) Menstruation
  ① The age at menarche
  94.8% was experione the menstruation, menarch age was 12.78±1.22 years, 31.5% in 13 years and 26.1% in 12 years, and they replied the most in summer(35.1%).
  ② The duration of menstruation
  The duration of menstruation was irregular(58.2%) in after menarche of 6 months, duration of menstruation was regular(65.4%), average duration of menstruation was 28.11 days, 30 days was 44.1%, 11.2% was 3 weeks and the average periods of menstruation was 5.31 days.
  ③ Health in menstruation
  The quantity of menstruation was 67.2%(average), the color was black red(49.0%), a subjective symptom was 83.5%(yes) and the type was abdomen(56.9%), back pain(34.3%).
  (4) The correlation between maximum growth age and the first menstruation age.
  ① According to the increased age, the physique and first menstruation on age hare very closely correlations in r=0.317-0.212(P＜0.05-0.001).
  ② Regression between first menstruation and maximum growth age was y=0.230x±8.099 in body height and the body weight, chest girth was provide in Table. 10.
