영문 초록

  International trade has traditionally been fraught with financial, logistic and time inefficiencies, and high business costs every year. But Bolero System is getting rid of these inefficiencies by moving world trade onto the Internet, allowing documents and data to be exchanged online between all parties in the trade chain.
  Bolero Bills of Ladng and the Bolero Rulebook retain the well known concepts, rights, and obligations of commercial and shipping law, but they adapt them to the electronic mode of doing business. Furthermore, a Bolero Bill of Lading preserves the basic legal concepts as well as the business functionality and robustness of a traditional bill of lading, while still offering all of these advantages of the electronic media. Without sacrificing legal efficacy, a Bolero Bill of Lading enables an international trading company to achieve significant cost savings and improvement in efficiency.
  So, In spite of some technical and operational problems, legally a Bolero Bill of Lading is an entirely viable alternative to traditional paper bill, and commercially, there are compelling reasons to use them.
