국문 초록

  연구주제, 연구방법, 연구결과, 연구의 공헌 및 미래 연구방향 등(바탕체, 9포인트, 양쪽정렬)이 논문에서는 통합정보시스템에 의한 스피드경영을 달성하면서도 ERP/PI 구축에 대한 거대한 비용을 절감하는 컨설팅의 국산화 작업 혹은 기업 자체 수행 방법, 감리능력을 향상시키는 방법, ERP/PI 업체에 종속성을 탈피하는 방법, 성공적인 통합정보시스템 자체개발 방법 등을 추구하고자 시도하였다. 그리고 실무자들이 보다 실용적(實用的)으로 현업에 적용하기가 용이하도록 효율적인 주요한 PI의 절차와 방법의 특징들을 PI(Process Innovation) 마스터플랜의 모형으로 담아서 제시해 보고자 하는 것이다.   이 논문에서는 특히 일반적으로 언급되지 않음에도 불구하고 보다 더 바람직한 PI 마스터플랜을 만들기 위하여 주요하게 인식되는 프로세스혁신기술(PIT, Process Innovation Technology)에 관한 여러 가지 아이디어를 새롭게 개발하여 개념적인 틀로서 제시하는 데에 그 의의를 두려고 하였다. 이러한 아이디어로서는 첫째, 리스트럭쳐링(Re-Structuring) 조직혁신방법론, 둘째, WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), 셋째, 일(work)의 분해 방법론, 넷째, 핵심프로세스(Core Process)를 찾는 매트릭스 방법, 다섯째, ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram) DFD(Data Flow Diagram) 및 ODM(Organization Design Diagram) 모듈 사이의 3자 관계의 5가지 특징들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

  In this article, It has been tried to pursue the domestic consulting necessity, self-executing methods, increasing of auditing ability, avoiding serious dependence on ERP/PI vendor, successful In-house developing approach of system integration and so forth, while simultaneously achieving the speed management through system integration. And it has been presented here to show a form of Process Innovation(PI) Masterplan which includes important particularities of effective PI procedures and methods in order for working-level persons to feel convenient in puting it into practical use for actual real fields.   And, specially in this article, it has been much emphasized on suggesting any conceptual framework consisted of several newly-created ideas about Process Innovation Technology(PIT) that can be regarded as very important factors in making PI Masterplan much better desirable, although generally not mentioned.. The ideas was shown here in five characteristics such as Re-structuring Organization Innovation Method, Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Breakdown Methodology of Work, Matrix for searching Core Process, relationships among ERD(Entity Realtionship Diagram), DFD(Data Flow Diagram), ORD(Organization Design Masterplan).
