학급차원의 긍정적인 행동지원이 문제행동을 보이는 초등학교 장애학생과 그 또래의 문제행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반학교 통합학급에서 교육받고 있는 장애학생과 비장애학생들의 일반적인 문제행동을 예방하기 위해, 학급 전체에 대한 보편적 지원과 장애학생에 대한 개별적 지원을 포함하는 학급차원의 긍정적인 행동지원을 실시하고 그 효과를 점검하였다. 문제행동을 지닌 장애 학생 1명이 포함된 초등학교 3학년 학급의 28명과 담임교사, 이 학교의 특수교사가 본 연구에 참여하였다. 보편적 차원의 행동지원으로 학급 전체 학생에 대한 기대행동 교수, 일관된 결과 적용 등이 실시되었고, 장애학생을 위한 개별 지원으로는 기능평가에 근거한 행동지원이 이루어졌다. 학급 전체 학생의 문제행동은 사전 사후 기술 분석으로, 장애학생의 문제행동은 상황 간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과, 학급 전체의 문제행동이 감소되었고, 개별학생의 문제행동 또한 감소되었으며 중재가 종료된 후에도 유지된 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to examine the effects of classroom-wide positive behavior support on the whole class including a student with disabilities who exhibit problem behavior. A third-grade class of 28 students in an elementary school participated in the study. Universal support for the whole class included the application of consequences and level system, environmental modifications, classwide expectation setting and teaching, and social skill training. Individual support based on functional assessment including antecedent intervention, consequence intervention, and teaching alternative behavior was also provided for the student with disabilities. The results indicated that problem behavior of the whole class decreased after a semester of implementation and that the problem behavior of the student with disabilities decreased to considerable degree and the decreased level of problem behavior was maintained after the intervention across three settings. Discussions of the results and implications of the study were provided.
