국문 초록

학습도시는 다양한 형태가 존재 할 수 있지만 현재 세계 각국에서는 평생학습도시 조성사업으로 인위적으로 학습도시를 조성하고 있다. 평생학습도시 조성사업은 한 도시에 지역주민의 평생학습을 지원하는 학습도시시스템을 구축하는 과정이며 이같은 학습도시시스템 구축은 학습도시시스템 하위 구성 요소의 투입과 각 구성 요소의 상호작용을 통해 이루어진다. 연구자는 일본 카케가와시를 대상으로 사례연구를 통하여 학습도시시스템이 실제로 구축되는 과정을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구자는 선행연구를 검토하여 학습도시시스템의 11가지 구성 요소를 추출하고 각각의 구성 요소가 사업추진 시기에 따라 어떤 구체적 사업 형태로 투입되었으며, 각 구성 요소는 전체 학습도시시스템 구축에 있어서 각기 어떤 기능을 수행하고 있는 가를 분석하였다. 또한, 학습도시시스템의 하위 구성요소들은 학습도시시스템 구축에 있어서 어떤 상호작용을 통하여 상호 영향을 주고받는 가운데 전체 학습도시시스템 구축에 작용하고 있는가를 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습도시시스템 구축에 있어서 각 구성요소는 각기 고유의 기능을 수행하고 있으며 개별 구성요소는 고유의 기능을 통하여 전체 시스템 구축에 기여함과 동시에 타 구성요소와의 상호작용을 통하여 학습도시시스템이 구축되고 있다.

영문 초록

Lifelong Learning City Project is the process of building the Lifelong Learning System for the general public and it materialized through the input of various elements of Lifelong Learning City System, and the product of interaction of those elements. Lifelong Learning City has various forms and the countries involved are artificially formulating the systems that cater to their needs. In this study, the researcher has taken the city of Kakegawa, Japan as an example to show the establish process of Lifelong Learning City System. In doing so, the researcher has analyzed the preceding researches and has set out to produce 11 Lifelong Learning City System elements. Moreover, the research was conducted to ascertain what kinds of distinctive functions were executed and to see the effect of influences the other elements have on the process of constructing Lifelong Learning City system. The conclusion of the research indicates that the distinctive functions were executed in line with the objectives of Lifelong Learning City system and through the functions and the interaction of other elements, it contributed to the construction of Lifelong Learning City system in Kakegawa.
