영문 초록

Generally security execution process is divided auction for security and auction by lien. The former have auction of real estate, ship, motor etc., property and credit included other property, under property liable for auction. The auction of real estate for hypothec execution is usually used among them. Law of security execution is related to both of civil law as substantive law and civil execution law as procedural law. But the research of security execution is not active in comparison with social economic life. This study deals with some procedural problems on security execution, especially difference with compulsory execution. Although civil execution has compulsory execution and security execution, both of their execution is difference under nature of right and the adjustment of such difference is solution of problems on security execution.
