국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 포트폴리오 평가에 대한 전문적 평가 기술능력을 교사들이 갖출 수 있도록 체계화되고 전문화된 포트폴리오 평가 훈련프로그램을 개발하여 예비교사의 훈련과정이나 현직교사의 연수과정에 이를 활용·보급하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 결과로 포트폴리오 평가 실시를 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 포트폴리오 평가기술인 포트폴리오 평가 구성영역과 구성요소를 포함하는 하나의 도식을 개발하였다. 이 도식은 포트폴리오 평가절차 단계(준비단계, 안내단계, 계획단계, 실행단계, 사정단계, 활용단계)에 따른 포트폴리오 평가의 구성영역의 지침을 안내할 뿐만 아니라 구성요소의 적용도 함께 제시하고 있다. 이렇게 개발된 교사를 위한 포트폴리오 평가 훈련프로그램은 학교현장에서 포트폴리오 평가를 실시하고자 하는 교사에게 재교육의 기회를 제공하고, 앞으로 교사가 될 학생인 예비교사에게 포트폴리오 평가에 대한 지식과 경험을 제공하여, 교사들의 평가기술에 관한 전문성을 향상시켜서 결국 수업과 평가의 질을 높이며, 학생 개별에 대한 진보나 개선점에 대한 구체적인 정보를 부모에게 제공할 수 있는 실제적인 학생평가를 이끌 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop, apply, and distribute a systemized and specialized portfolio assessment training program to be used in pre-service teachers" training courses and in service teachers" training courses, in order for teachers to be equipped with professional assessment skills in regard to portfolio assessment. The result of this study has developed a chart showing the categories and components of portfolio assessment. This chart not only guides the viewer through the categories portfolio assessment (namely preparation, guidance, planning, implementation, assessment, and application), but also presents methods of applying the components of each category. This portfolio assessment training program provides in service teachers who are planning to utilize portfolio assessment in their classrooms with an opportunity of re education, and provides knowledge and experience to pre-service teachers. Such provision of portfolio assessment training programs will enhance the professionalism of teachers’ assessment skills, consequently raising the quality of instruction and assessment and furthermore, becoming a practical student assessment that is able to give parents specific information regarding individual student’s progress and areas of improvement.
