국문 초록

In March 2024, AI+ was presented for the first time in the government work report of the National People's Congress of the PRC. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the development strategy significance of AI+ in the fierce competition for the U.S.-China hegemony technology. China's AI development was in 2017. Since then, AI has been a priority in national policy. The AI+ model that appeared in 2024 means that AI has entered the stage of strong application. In fact, the AI+ model has been rapidly spreading to provinces and companies since the 2024 government report. The AI+ model has three important meanings in terms of development strategy. First, the AI+ model is a model that corresponds to the theory of new quality of productive forces, proposed by President Xi Jinping amid the importance of technological independence due to the U.S.-China technology hegemony competition. Second, AI+ is a model that emphasizes integration with existing industries. After the presentation of AI+ in the government's work report, examples of the integration of AI and industry are pouring out. Third, it suggests that the goals of the state is to switch from +AI to the AI+ model.
