국문 초록

본 연구는 사회경제조직의 생애주기에 따라 사회적경제조직 지원정책이 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 국내 3,998개의 사회적경제조직을 분석하였으며, 이들을 생애주기(탄생, 발전, 쇠퇴)로 분류하였다. AMOSS 28 프로그램을 사용한 분석을 통해, 지원정책과 사회적 성과 간의 관계가 생애주기 단계에 따라 다르며, 네트워크, 협력적 거버넌스, 경제적 성과가 이 관계에서 다른 매개 역할을 하는 것을 발견하였다. 특히, 지원정책은 모든 생애주기에서 사회적 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 네트워크를 통해 매개되었을 때에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 발전기에서는 네트워크와 협력적 거버넌스가 지원정책과 사회적 성과 간의 관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회경제조직의 사회적 성과를 향상시키기 위한 지역 공동체 활동의 지원이 매우 중요하지만, 경제적 성과 창출은 생애주기에 따라 크게 다르다는 점에서, 사회경제조직이 지역 네트워크를 통해 상생하고 성장할 수 있도록 지역사회 공동체 활성화 지원정책의 세분화된 지원 체계를 제안한다. 이러한 접근은 지역사회 문제 해결과 지역경제 활성화에 기여하며, 이는 지역사회 자생력으로 선순환으로 이어질 것이다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the influence of support policies on social outcomes in Social Economic organizations by considering their life-cycle stages. We analyzed 3,998 organizations in South Korea and categorized them into birth, development, and decline stages. Our analysis, conducted using the AMOSS 28 program, revealed that the relationship between support policies and social outcomes varies across life-cycle stages, with networks, cooperative governance, and economic performance playing different mediating roles. Support policies did not directly impact social outcomes in all life stages; however, when mediated by networks, they had a positive effect. In the development stage, networks and cooperative governance did not significantly influence this relationship. This study underscores the importance of community activities in enhancing the social outcomes of Social Economic organizations. It also highlights the large deviation in economic performance creation depending on the life cycle. Therefore, we propose a segmented support system for community activation support policies that enable Social Economic organizations to grow and coexist through local networks. This approach will not only solve local community problems and stimulate the local economy but also lead to self-sustaining community activation. These findings provide a fresh perspective on the growth strategies of Social Economic organizations and the direction of government support policies.
