병실기반 편측무시 중재 프로그램이 뇌졸중환자의 일상생활 기능에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자에게 병실기반 편측무시 중재 프로그램을 실시하였을 때, 중재 전. 후의 일상 생활기능의 효과를 비교하고자 한다. 연구방법: 연구는 2023년 8월부터 2024년 2월까지 서울특별시 A병원과 B병원에서 뇌졸중진단을 받은 입원 환자 중 대상자 선정 기준에 적합한 환자 10명을 대상으로 1일 50분씩, 총 3주간 병실기반 편측무시 중재 프로그램을 진행하였다. 편측무시를 가진 뇌졸중 환자에게 프로그램을 시행 전후에 Alber test, Catherine Bergego Scale(CBS), Modified Barthel Index(MBI)를 사용하였다. 연구결과: 병실기반 편측무시 중재프로그램 전 후 Albert test 점수는 15.24±3.12에서 8.70±2.34점으로 감소했고, CBS 점수는 20.17±4.25점에서 14.24±4.82점으로 감소했다. MBI 점수는 42.81±8.12점에서 59.23±10.64점으로 증가하였다. 모든 기능에서 중재 후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 결론: 편측무시 증상을 가진 뇌졸중 환자에게 병실기반 편측무시 중재 프로그램 시 편측무시 증상 감소와 일상생활활동 기능 향상에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 뇌졸중 환자에게 편측무시 감소를 위한 병실에서의 적극적인 재활에 참여하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study aims to compare the effects of daily life functions pre and post intervention when a ward-based unilateral neglect intervention program was implemented in stroke patients. Methods : From August 2023 to February 2024, a ward-based unilateral neglect intervention program was conducted for 10 patients who met the criteria for selecting participants among hospitalized patients diagnosed with stroke at Hospital A and Hospital B in Seoul for 50 minutes per day for a total of three weeks. Albert test, Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS), and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were used pre and post the program was implemented in stroke patients with unilateral neglect. Results : Pre and post the ward-based unilateral neglect intervention program, the Albert test score decreased from 15.24±3.12 to 8.70±2.34 points, and the CBS score decreased from 20.17±4.25 points to 14.24±4.82 points. The MBI score increased from 42.81±8.12 points to 59.23±10.64 points. All functions showed statistically significant differences after intervention (p<.05). Conclusion : In stroke patients with unilateral neglect symptoms, there was a significant difference in reducing unilateral neglect symptoms and improving the function of daily life activities in the ward-based unilateral neglect intervention program. Through this study, we hope that stroke patients will participate in active rehabilitation in the ward to reduce unilateral neglect.
