노인의 사회인지 평가를 위한 항목개발: 델파이 조사

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 사회인지능력을 평가하기 위한 항목을 개발하기 위하여 델파이 조사를 시 행하는 것이다. 연구방법: 2023년 6월부터 10월까지 노인 및 인지에 관련된 전문가 패널 10명을 대상으로 델파이 방법으로 전문가 의견을 수집하였다. 델파이 조사는 3차에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 1차 델파이 설문에는 노인의 사회인지능력 에 대해 측정할 수 있는 32개의 개방형 질문을 구성하여 전문가 의견을 수렴하였다. 2차, 3차 델파이 설문은 각 1차, 2차 설문의 결과를 바탕으로 문항에 대한 적합성 조사를 시행하였다. EXCEL을 사용하 여 적합성 점수 평균, CVR, 합의도, 안정성, 수렴도를 구하였고 이를 반영하여 문항 삭제 및 수정하였다. 연구결과: 1차 델파이 조사를 통해 32개 항목이 개발되었고, 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 1개 문항 삭제, 13개 문항 을 수정하였고, 3차 델파이 조사를 통해 2개 문항을 삭제하였다. 최종 개발된 문항은 29개이며, 마음 이론에 관한 문항이 11개이었고, 귀인양식과 공감에 관한 문항이 각 9개이었다. 최종 항목의 적합성 평균은 4.68이었고, CVR은 0.93, 안정도 0.12, 수렴도 0.13, 일치도 0.95이었다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 국내 노인의 사회문화적인 특성을 고려하여 사회인지능력 평가 항목을 개발하였다. 추후 노인을 위한 영상기반 사회인지능력 평가도구 개발 및 타당도. 신뢰도 검증을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study is to conduct a Delphi survey to develop items that can evaluate the impairment of social cognitive ability in the elderly. Methods : From June to October 2023, expert opinions were collected by Delphi method from a panel of 10 experts related to the elderly and cognition. The Delphi survey was conducted in three rounds, and in the first Delphi survey, the conditions of the questions and the questions of the existing evaluation tools were presented, and the questions were developed. For the 2nd and 3rd Delphi questionnaires, the suitability of the items was conducted based on the results of the 1st and 2nd questionnaires, respectively. Using EXCEL, the suitability score average, CVR, agreement, stability, and convergence were obtained, and the items were deleted and corrected by reflecting them. Results : 32 items were developed through the 1st Delphi survey, 1 item was deleted and 13 items were corrected through the 2nd Delphi survey, and 2 items were deleted through the 3rd Delphi survey. 29 items were finally developed, 11 items related to the theory of mind, and 9 items each related to attribution style and empathy. The mean fit of the final item was 4.68, the CVR was 0.93, the stability was 0.12, the convergence was 0.13, and the agreement was 0.95. Conclusion : In this study, social cognitive ability evaluation items were developed in consideration of the socio-cultural characteristics of the elderly in Korea. In the future, this study can be used as basic data for developing an video-based social cognitive evaluation tool for the older and validation of validity and reliability.
