청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도가 수업설계 및 교수학습 요인에 미치는 구조 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도가 수업설계 및 교수학습 요인에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위하여 조사 연구로 수행되었다. 전국의 13개 청각장애학교에 재직하는 특수교사 238명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 설문지는 수어 능숙도 10문항, 수업설계 10문항, 교수학습 10문항으로 구성하였으며, 자료처리는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도는 수업설계에 필요조건으로 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도는 교수학습에 필요조건으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도는 수업설계를 매개할 경우에 교수학습에 직접 및 간접효과가 함께 나타난다. 결론적으로 청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도는 수업설계 및 교수학습에 영향을 제공하는 필요조건이다. 또한 청각장애학교 교사의 수어 능숙도가 교수학습에 영향을 제공할 때, 수업설계의 매개 효과는 직접 및 간접효과가 공존하는 구조이다. 청각장애학교 교사의 교수학습 효율성은 일차적으로 수어 능숙도가 보장되어야 함을 이 연구에서는 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a research study to determine the influence of sign language proficiency of teachers at schools for the hearing impaired on instructional design and teaching and learning factors. The subjects of the study were 238 special education teachers working in 13 schools for the hearing impaired across the country. The questionnaire consisted of 10 questions about sign language proficiency, 10 questions about instructional design, and 10 questions about teaching and learning, and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were applied to data processing. The research results were as follows. First, the sign language proficiency of teachers at schools for the hearing impaired was a necessary condition for class design. Second, the sign language proficiency of teachers at schools for the hearing impaired was a necessary condition for teaching and learning. Third, the sign language proficiency of teachers at schools for the hearing impaired has both direct and indirect effects on teaching and learning when it mediates instructional design. In conclusion, the sign language proficiency of deaf school teachers is a necessary condition that influences instructional design and teaching and learning. In addition, when the sign language proficiency of deaf school teachers influences teaching and learning, the mediating effect of instructional design is a structure in which direct and indirect effects coexist. This study suggests that the teaching and learning efficiency of teachers at schools for the hearing impaired must primarily be ensured by sign language proficiency.
