대학생의 자기체계손상이 관계중독에 미치는 영향: 대인외상 경험과 고통감내력의 순차적 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 자기체계손상과 관계중독의 관계에서 대인외상 경험과 고통감내력의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 만 24세 이하 대학생 337명(남: 143명, 여: 194명; 19-24세)을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 Process macro 3.5 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기체계손상, 관계중독, 대인외상 경험과 고통감내력은 모두 통계적으로 유의한 상관을 보였다. 자기체계손상, 관계중독과 대인외상 경험은 모두 정적 상관이 있었고, 고통감내력은 이 세 변인들과 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 대인외상 경험은 자기체계손상과 관계중독의 관계를 매개하지 않았다. 셋째, 고통감내력은 자기체계손상과 관계중독의 관계를 부분 매개했다. 넷째, 대인외상 경험과 고통감내력이 자기체계손상과 관계중독의 관계를 순차적으로 부분 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 관계중독 문제를 갖고 있는 대학생을 위한 심리학적 개입의 개발과 실행을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구과제가 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to testify to the sequential mediating effects of interpersonal trauma experience and distress tolerance between traumatized self-system and relationship addiction. 337 college students (143 males, 194 females 194; aged 19-24) participated. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro Model 6. The results were as follows. First, traumatized self-system, relationship addiction, and interpersonal trauma were positively correlated, and distress tolerance negatively correlated with them. Second, the mediating effect of interpersonal trauma between traumatized self-system and relationship addiction was not statistically significant. Third, the partial mediating effect of distress tolerance between them was statistically significant. Fourth, the partial sequential mediating effects of interpersonal trauma and distress tolerance were statistically significant between them. It tried to study the relationship addiction to provide basic data for developing and practicing tailored psychological interventions for college students with addictive relationship problems. The limitations and future tasks were discussed.
