국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학생의 대학몰입을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 타당화 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 국내외 선행연구를 분석하였으며, 전문가를 대상으로 3차례의 델파이 조사를 실시하여 예비문항을 도출하였다. 전국 대학생 103명을 대상으로 예비 조사를 실시하였고, 이후 전국 대학생 536명을 대상으로 본 조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료로 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 상관관계 분석을 통해 대학생 대학몰입과 대학 조직몰입의 공인타당도를 확인하였다. 그리고 수렴타당도 및 변별타당도를 확인하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과, 대학생 대학몰입 척도는 총 20문항, 네 개의 구성요인으로 확인되었다. 구체적으로, 구성요인은 교육만족, 학습활동, 사회적 상호작용, 대학선호이다. 각 요인별 신뢰도는 .81~.93이였고, 전체 신뢰도는 .93으로 나타나 비교적 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 또한 p<.001 수준에서 타당도의 검증 조건을 모두 충족하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구를 통해 개발한 대학생 대학몰입 척도는 대학생의 대학몰입을 측정할 수 있는 신뢰성 있고 타당한 척도임을 확인하였다. 이 척도를 통해 대학몰입에 영향을 미치는 다른 요인과의 관계를 파악하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 대학생들의 대학몰입을 높이는 데 활용할 수 있는 검사 도구로서 향후 대학몰입에 대한 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a scale of university student institutional commitment. Method: To achieve this, previous domestic and international studies were analyzed, and preliminary items were derived by conducting three round of Delphi surveys with experts. A preliminary survey was conducted on 103 university students nationwide, and then this survey was conducted on 536 university students nationwide. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted with the collected data, and the concurrent validity of university students’ institutional commitment and institutional commitment(ACS & CCS) was confirmed through correlation analysis. In addition, convergent validity and discriminant validity were confirmed. Results: As a result, the college students’ institutional commitment scale was identified to consist of total of 20 questions and four constituent factors. Specifically, the factors are education satisfaction, learning activities, social interaction, and college preference. The reliability of each factor ranged from .81 to .93, with an overall reliability of .93, showing a relatively high reliability. In addition, all validation conditions for validity were satisfied at the p<.001 level. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the university student institutional commitment scale developed through this study is a reliable and valid scale that can measure the university student institutional commitment. This measure will help to understand the relationship with other factors that influence institutional commitment. In addition, as a test tool that can be used to increase university students’ institutional commitment, it will be able to provide basic data on institutional commitment in the future.
