국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 역량모델 개발을 통해 평생교육 현장실습 지도자의 지도역량모델을 개발하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌분석, 평생교육 현장실습 지도자를 대상으로 행동사건면담을 실시하였으며, 잠정 역량모델에 대한 타당성 검토를 위해 학계 전문가를 대상으로 1차 델파이 조사, 현장 전문가와 학계 전문가를 대상으로 2차 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 평생교육 현장실습 지도자의 지도역량으로 ‘실천적 학습경험 촉진’, ‘실습생 관리’, ‘실습업무 피드백’, ‘멘토링’, ‘사명의식’, ‘실습동기부여 능력’, ‘교육적 관계형성’, ‘솔선수범’, ‘상황판단력’, ‘동료존중감’ 등의 10개 역량과 46개의 행동지표가 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과는 평생교육실습 현장이라는 특성을 충분히 반영하고 있었으며, 우수한 평생교육 현장실습 지도자가 갖춰야 할 구체적인 행동특성을 이해하는데 도움이 되었다. 아울러, 평생교육 현장실습 지도자의 지도역량 배양을 위한 역량기반 교육과정 개발 및 운영의 기초자료로서 그 중요성이 부각될 수 있을 것이며, 평생교육기관에서 평생교육 현장실습 지도자를 선발함에 있어 지도역량을 고려할 수 있는 토대가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an instructional competency model for field practice supervisors in lifelong education. To achieve this purpose, literature analysis, behavioral event interview were conducted with lifelong education field practice supervisors, and the Delphi survey of experts was conducted twice to examine the validity of the tentative competency model. As a results of this study, 10 competencies and 46 behavioral indicators were derived as the instructional competencies of lifelong education field practice supervisors, including ‘Facilitating practical learning experiences’, ‘Managing supervisees’, ‘Feedback on work’, ‘Mentoring’, ‘Sense of mission’, ‘Ability to motivate supervisees’, ‘Forming educational relationships’, ‘Leading by example’, ‘Situational judgment’, ‘Respect for colleagues’. The results of this study will provide a foundation for lifelong education institutions to consider instructional competency in the selection of lifelong education field practice supervisors.
