문학치료 현장에서 시분석 활용 사례 -2000년대 이후 현대시의 치유성을 중심으로-

국문 초록

문학치료 현장에서는 시, 수필, 드라마, 그림책 등 다양한 문학 매체들이 활용되고 있다. 그중에서 특히 시는 은유나 상징, 이미지, 리듬, 함축 등 고유한 특징들을 품고 있어서 상황과 연령에 맞는 텍스트를 적절히 잘 활용하면 치유의 가능성을 의미 있게 이끌어낼 수 있다. 시는 이미지나 상징으로 회상 기억을 소환하여 사건을 재현하고 기억하는 자를 객관적 관찰자로 만들어주며, 그 객관화된 시선이 온전히 나아갈 수 있도록 치유의 장을 마련해준다. 이처럼 시는 직관적이고 정서적이며 회고적 요소가 강하기 때문에 참여자를 객관적 관찰자로 만들기 위해 많이 활용하여 회상 작업을 한다. 그러하기에 치료 현장에서 시 텍스트는 ‘치료사’ 만큼이나 중요한 역할을 하기도 한다. 치료사가 문학작품에 대한 경험이 많거나 문학적으로 풍부한 지식이나 정보를 갖고있는 경우도 있지만 그렇지 않은 경우는 참고할 만한 풍부한 자료가 있으면 더 다양하게 치료적 접근을 시도해 볼 수 있다. 다른 매체도 마찬가지겠지만, 문학치료 활용을 위한 시 텍스트들을 수집 정리해서 따로 데이터베이스를 구축해 놓는다면 치료 현장에서 활용하기에 용이할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 2000년대 이후의 시 텍스트 중 치유적 관점과 텍스트 뒤에 숨은 Subtext를 기반으로 연구자가 분석한 시들을 현장에서 직접 활용하였다, 그리고 그 사례들 중 위안, 자기수용, 은밀한 고백, 공감을 중심으로 치유성을 찾아 정리했다. 이 과정에서 문학치료(시치료)에서 많은 부분이 시분석과 아주 밀접한 연관이 있음을 인지했으며, 연구자가 본 논문에서 분석한 시들 또한 문학치료 현장에서 좋은 매체로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In the field of literary therapy, various literary media such as poetry, essays, dramas, and picture books are used. Among them, poetry in particular has unique characteristics such as metaphors, symbols, images, rhythm, and connotations, so the possibility of healing can be meaningfully brought out if texts appropriate to the situation and age are appropriately used. Poetry summons flashback memories through images or symbols, reproduces the event, turns the person who remembers it into an objective observer, and provides a place for healing so that the objective gaze can fully advance. In this way, because poetry has strong intuitive, emotional, and retrospective elements, it is often used in recollection work to turn participants into objective observers. Therefore, in the treatment setting, poetry texts play as important a role as the ‘therapist.’ In some cases, the therapist has a lot of experience with literary works or has abundant literary knowledge or information, but in other cases, if there is abundant data for reference, a more diverse therapeutic approach can be attempted. The same goes for other media, but if we collect and organize poetry texts for use in literary therapy and build a separate database, it will be easier to use in the treatment field. In this paper, among poetic texts from the 2000s, the poems analyzed by the researcher were directly used in the field based on the healing perspective and the subtext hidden behind the text. Among the cases, healing was focused on comfort, self-acceptance, secret confession, and empathy. I found the castle and organized it. In this process, it was recognized that many aspects of literary therapy (poetry therapy) are very closely related to poetry analysis, and the researcher hopes that the poems analyzed in this paper will also be used as a good medium in the field of literary therapy.
