이혼을 앞둔 부모와 아동기 자녀의 심리적 적응을 위한 통합문학치료 접근 제안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 이혼을 앞둔 부모와 아동기 자녀의 심리적 적응을 돕는 통합문학치료 접근을 제안하는 것이다. 이에 이혼과정에서 부모와 아동기 자녀가 겪는 심리적 어려움을 살펴본 후, 심리적 적응을 돕는 방법으로 3가지 주제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 부모이면서 한 개인인 자신을 이해하기 위한 탐색 작업, 둘째 부모 역할 인식을 돕기 위한 작업, 셋째 부모 이혼에 관해 자녀에게 설명할 때 활용할 수 있는 텍스트와 작업을 선정했다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모를 위한 자기탐구와 자기표현에서 삶의 5가지 정체성, 나를 톺아보다 Self-Portrait 작업, 둘째, 부모 역할 인식을 위한 글쓰기 주제에서 나는 어떤 부모가 되고 싶은가와 이혼 후, 자녀 양육에 관한 나의 걱정에 대한 주제를 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 부모와 자녀가 함께 마음 나누기에서는 부모 이혼을 어떻게 이해하고 있나, 그만해, 우리 가족의 나눗셈 작업을 텍스트와 함께 제안했다. 이에 본 연구는 향후 이혼을 앞둔 부모와 아동기 자녀의 심리적 적응을 위한 통합문학치료프로그램 개발의 필요성과 프로그램 구성을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다. 후속연구에서 이혼을 앞둔 부모와 자녀를 대상으로 가족 상담 현장에 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose an integrated literary therapy approach to help psychological adjustment of parents facing divorce and their children in childhood. Accordingly, after examining the psychological difficulties experienced by parents and children during the divorce process, three themes were derived as a way to help psychological adjustment. First, we selected exploratory tasks to understand ourselves as both parents and individuals, second, tasks to help recognize our parental role, and third, texts and tasks that could be used when explaining parental divorce to children. As a result of the study, first, five identities of life in self-exploration and self-expression for parents, self-portrait work rather than considering myself, and second, writing topics for parental role recognition suggested what kind of parent I want to be and my concerns about raising children after divorce. Finally, in sharing minds with parents and children, how do you understand parental divorce, stop it, we proposed the division of our family with text. Therefore, this study is meaningful in presenting basic data for the composition of the program and the necessity of developing an integrated literary therapy program for psychological adaptation of parents and children who are about to divorce in the future. In follow-up research, we hope to verify its effectiveness by applying it to family counseling for parents and children about to divorce.
