국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 대학생의 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서울과 경기도 대학생 319명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 성실하지 않게 응답한 12부를 제외한 307명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구는 구조방정식 모형 분석방법을 통해 분석하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구의 연구모형은 비교적 높은 적합성을 나타났다. 둘째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술의 부분매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 진로장벽을 인식하는 대학생의 성공적인 진로준비행동에 도움을 주기 위해서는 계획된 우연기술의 향상이 촉진되어야 한다는 필요성이 확인되었다. 또한 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 도움이 되는 실제적인 진로교육과 상담에 대한 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계와 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study verified the mediating effect of planned happenstance skills of career barrier and career preparation behaviors among college students. To this end, this study implemented a survey involving 319 college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and the data of 307 participants were analyzed after excluding 12 copies that included insincere responses. The corresponding data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The results revealed the following: First, the research model showed relatively high conformance. Second, the partial mediating effect of planned happenstance skills was significant in the relationship between career barrier and career preparation behaviors. Thus, the improvement of planned happenstance skills should be promoted to help successful career preparation behaviors of college students who perceive career barriers. Additionally, consultations provided a way to help college students' career preparation behaviors. Lastly, limitations of the current study and suggestions for subsequent research were discussed.
