국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 하는 통합예술치료 캠프가 어떻게 이루어지고 어떤 효과가 있는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 연구자가 진행한 2018 제1회 청소년 통합예술 체험 힐링캠프 <자신감 있는 자신>을 검토하였다. 먼저 캠프가 일반적인연극치료 작업과 어떤 차이점이 있는지 알아본 결과, 본 캠프는 물리적 시간과 내용에서 20회기 이상의 연극치료 작업에 해당하며, 일상 복귀 없이 치료 환경을 유지하여 효과 또한 크다는 사실에 더해 사회적 중간상태(social limbo)인 ‘리미널리티’ 단계의 특성에 부합한다는 것을 확인하였다. 다음으로, 청소년의 특성과 그들에게 자신감은 어떤 의미를 지니는지 살펴보고, 이를 목표로 연극치료와 4가지 예술의 통합 방식이 어떻게 구성되고 어떤 효과가 있는지 알아보았다. 난타는 인간의 본능인 리듬을 통해 감각을 깨우고 무의식적 충동을 자극하는 데 효과적이며, 마임은 움직임을 통해 인지, 정서, 행동의 일체감을 경험할 수 있었다. 보컬은 말이 아닌 선율로 정서적 표현능력을 향상하게 하며, 극작은 투사 작업으로 인식의 변화를 가져왔다. 각 예술은 대상의 특성에 따라 각기 다른방식으로 연극치료 작업과 연계됨으로써 목표를 달성하였다. 이로써 청소년을 위한 통합예술치료 캠프가 지향하는 프로그램의 전반적인 내용을 정립⸱제시하였다.

영문 초록

This research aims to investigate how an integrated arts therapy camp program for teenagers was conducted and what effects it had. The research examined the 1st Teenagers' integrated arts healing camp program “Confident Self” conducted by the researcher in 2018. Upon examining the differences between this camp and typical drama therapy sessions, it was found that this camp corresponded more than 20 sessions of typical drama the terapy and has significant effects. Next, the research explored the characteristics of teenagers and the significance of confidence for them, and examined how the integrated approach of drama therapy and four types of arts was structured and what effects it had. Nanta drumming was effective in awakening senses through human instinctive rhythm and stimulating unconscious impulses, while mime movement allowed the experience of a sense of unity in cognition, emotion, and behavior. Vocal enhanced emotional expression ability through melody, not words, and playwriting brought about changes in perception through projection work. Each art achieved its goal by being linked to drama therapy activities in different ways according to the characteristics of the target. Through this, the overall content of the program aimed at by the integrated arts therapy camp for teenagers was established and proposed.
