국문 초록

시니어의 여가활동은 개인의 욕구를 충족하고, 긍정적인 자아인식을 갖게 하여 생활 만족도를 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 시니어의 마을공동체 활동과 문화예술교육 경험 연구이다. 본 연구대상은 어운새뜰마을사업 문화예술 교육프로그램에 참여한 마을주민을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였는데 양적연구로 측정이 부족함이 있어 참여한 시니시니어 여성 4명을 선정하여 심층 인터뷰를 2022년 1월~ 10월까지 실시하였다. 질적자료를 수집하여 시니어의 프로그램 필요성을 강화하기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과를 종합하면, 시니어의 지역마을공동체 구성원들이 점차 상호작용하면서 유대감과 소속감이 커져 지역마을공동체 의식이 성장되었고 자기주도적이고 자발적인 교육참여 실천 활동을 통해 주체적 역할을 회복하였다. 또한, 창의적인 마을축제 문화와 문화예술 프로그램을 통해 노년기의 활기찬 노후생활을 즐기며, 자아효능감이 높아졌다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 지역 사회에서의 시니어를 위한 교육활성화에 필요성을 강화한 연구라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Seniors' leisure activities can increase life satisfaction by satisfying individual needs and creating positive self-awareness. This study is a study of seniors' village community activities and cultural arts education experiences. The subject of this study was a survey centered on village residents who participated in the cultural arts education program of the Eoun Saedul Village Project. However, since there was a lack of measurement as a quantitative study, four senior women who participated were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted from January 2022 to October 10, 2022. It was carried out until March. The purpose is to collect qualitative data and strengthen the need for programs for seniors. To summarize the results of the study, as senior members of the local village community gradually interacted, their sense of solidarity and belonging grew, their sense of local village community grew, and they recovered their subjective role through self-directed and voluntary educational participation activities. In addition, it can be concluded that through creative village festival culture and cultural arts programs, people enjoy a vibrant life in old age and their self-efficacy has increased. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it can be said that this study strengthens the need for revitalizing education for seniors in the community.
