국문 초록

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 한국생활적응을 위한 서비스 디자인 연구이다. 결혼이 주여성은 한국에 들어와 생활하는 과정에서 한국사회의 한국생활적응 문제에 직면하게 된다. 결혼이주여성은 한국생활적응하는 과정에서 나타나는 욕구와 어려움에 대해 보다 체계적인 접근이 필요하여 서비스 디자인 방법으로 참여자 관점에서 이해하도록 돕고자 하였다. 서비스 디자인의 과정은 더블 다이아몬드 모델로 발견, 정의, 개발, 전달단계의 과정을 중심으로 진행하였다. 서비스 참여자인 결혼이주여성을 중심에 두고 욕구 파악, 섀도잉, 퍼소나, 참여자 인터뷰, 서비스 블루프린트등의 다양한 조사 방법과 제안을 통해 서비스 디자인 과정을 진행하였다. 참여자의 관점에서 생각하고 서비스 디자인의 과정을 거쳐 참여자 중심에서 문제를 해결하는 방식이다. 연구 참여자는 D군 가족센터를 중심으로 결혼이주여성 3명이다. 결혼이주여성의 한국생활적응에 대한 서비스 디자인 적용은 총 10회기에 거쳐 대면과 비대면으로 진행하였다. 이 연구가 향후 결혼이주여성의 한국생활적응과 서비스 디자인을 적용 연구 및 이주민 정책에도 도움이 되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

This study is a service design study for marriage immigrant women's adaptation to life in Korea. Marriage immigrant women face problems adjusting to Korean society and life in Korea as they enter and live in Korea. Marriage immigrant women need a more systematic approach to the needs and difficulties that appear in the process of adapting to life in Korea, so we sought to help them understand them from the participant's perspective using a service design method. The service design process was centered on the discovery, definition, development, and delivery stages using the double diamond model. The service design process was conducted through various research methods and suggestions, such as identifying needs, shadowing, personas, participant interviews, and service blueprints, focusing on married immigrant women who participated in the service. It is a method of thinking from the participant's perspective and solving problems centered on the participant through the service design process. The participants of the study were three married immigrant women centered around the family center in District D. The application of service design to marriage immigrant women's adaptation to life in Korea was conducted face-to-face and non-face-to-face over a total of 10 sessions. We hope that this study will be helpful in future research on marriage immigrant women's adaptation to life in Korea, application of service design, and immigration policy.
