한국형 고령친화대학 지표 개발에 관한 연구: 국제 고령친화대학 가이드라인에 의한 국내 대학의 고령친화성 및 수용성 평가

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 대학을 대상으로 기(旣) 개발된 고령친화대학 가이드라인 지표를 적용하여 대학의 고령친화성 정도를 살펴보고 동시에 이러한 지표가 한국형 고령친화대학(AFU)지표로서 얼마나 적절한지를 탐색적인 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 대학의 관계자 45명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 크게 2가지 영역을 중심으로 진행됐다. 첫째는 앞서 개발된 고령친화대학 가이드라인 지표를 활용하여 조사대상 대학의 고령친화대학의 수준 및 현황을 파악하였다(1단계: 실태조사). 다음으로 동일한 지표를 활용하여 이것이 국내 고령친화대학 가이드라인 지표로서 기능하에 있어 얼마나 적절한지를 평가(2단계: 적절성 평가)하는 단계별 조사로 구성된다. 본 조사는 구글 웹서베이(Google web-survey)에 의하여 2021년 5월 21일 부터 6월 14일까지 약 3주간 실시됐다. 분석결과 국내 대학의 고령친화성 정도를 영역별로 살펴보면 평생교육(2.35점)이 가장 높았으며, 사회참여 및 봉사(2.27점), 욕구조사(2.04점), 고령친화적 환경(2.02점), 미션․비전․행정체계 (1.83점)의 순서였다. 다음으로 지표에 대한 적절성 평가를 영역별로 살펴보면 평생교육(3.62점)이 가장 높았으며 고령친화적 환경(3.54점), 미션․비전․행정체계(3.48점), 욕구조사(3.44점), 사회참여 및 봉사(3.39점)의 순서였다.

영문 초록

In this study, we examine the degree of age-friendliness of universities by applying the guidelines for age-friendly universities previously developed for domestic universities, and at the same time explore how appropriate these indicators are as indicators of Korean age-friendly universities (AFU). I would like to look at it from this perspective. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 45 officials from domestic universities. The survey was conducted mainly focusing on two areas. First, the level and status of senior-friendly universities in the surveyed universities were identified using the previously developed guideline indicators for senior-friendly universities (Step 1: Fact-finding survey). Next, it consists of a step-by-step investigation using the same indicator to evaluate how appropriate it is in functioning as a guideline indicator for domestic senior-friendly universities (step 2: appropriateness evaluation). This survey was conducted for approximately 3 weeks from May 21 to June 14, 2021 by Google web-survey. As a result of the analysis, looking at the level of seniority-friendliness of domestic universities by area, lifelong education was the highest (2.35 points), followed by social participation and service (2.27 points), needs survey (2.04 points), senior-friendly environment (2.02 points), and mission/ The order was vision and administrative system (1.83 points).
