노인 장기요양기관 이용자의 일상스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 노인 장기요양기관 이용자의 일상스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 2021년 10월부터 2022년 4월까지 서울, 경기, 충청 3개 지역의 노인요양기관 총 339명의 노인을 대상으로 분석하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 일상스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향으로 신체적 만족은 건강문제(=-.320)와 경제문제(=-.287)가 높을수록 만족도는 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 심리적 만족감은 경제문제(=-.277)와 건강문제(=-.215)가 높을수록 만족도가 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 사회적 만족도는 가족문제(=-.328)와 건강문제 (= -.166)가 높을수록 만족도는 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 생활환경 중 실내 생활환경 만족에서는 경제문제(=-.160)와 가족문제(=-.146)가 높을수록 만족도는 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 실외 생활환경 만족에서는 가족문제(=-.194)와 경제문제(=-.149)가 높을수록 만족도는 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서 가족문제는 사회적 만족, 실내외 만족에 영향을 미치고, 경제적 문제는 신체적 만족, 심리적 만족, 실내 생활환경 만족 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강문제는 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 만족에 영향을 주고 있어 건강문제를 해결하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 장기요양기관을 이용하는 노인들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 가족안의 관계를 증진시키기 위한 노력과 노인이 고립되거나 소외되지 않도록 사회참여의 기회를 확장시킴으로써 삶의 질을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of daily stress on the quality of life of users of long-term care facilities for the elderly from October 2021 to April 2022, surveying and analyzing a total of 374 elderly care facilities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong, and the results of the study are as follows. As for the impact of daily stress on quality of life, it can be seen that physical satisfaction decreases as health problems (=-.320) and economic problems (=-.287) increase. It can be seen that psychological satisfaction decreases as economic problems (=-.277) and health problems (=-.215) increase. It can be seen that social satisfaction decreases as family problems (=-.328) and health problems (=-.166) increase. In terms of satisfaction with the indoor living environment, it can be seen that the higher the economic problems (=-.160) and family problems (=-.146), the lower the satisfaction. In terms of satisfaction with the outdoor living environment, it can be seen that the higher the family problems (=-.194) and economic problems (=-.149), the lower the satisfaction. In this study, it was found that family problems affect social satisfaction, indoor and outdoor satisfaction, and economic problems affect physical satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, and indoor living environment satisfaction in order. Health problems affect physical satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, and social satisfaction, so efforts are needed to solve health problems. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly who use long-term care institutions, efforts to improve family relationships and opportunities for social participation can be expanded so that the elderly are not isolated or alienated.
