정신장애인 자립생활의 개념 및 구성요소에 관한 델파이 기법 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인 자립생활의 개념 및 구성요소를 델파이 기법을 통해 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 전문가 패널은 지역사회 최일선에서 정신장애인들에게 자립생활 지원서비스를 실천하고 있는 경력 5년 이상의 사회복지사들(N=20)로 구성하여 델파이 조사를 3차례 실시하였다. 델파이 1차 조사, 델파이 2차 조사와 3차 조사는 이메일을 활용하여 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 정신장애인 자립생활의 개념은 총 6개 영역인 신체건강, 정신건강, 일상생활기술, 주거확보 및 경제적 활동, 지역사회 자원활용 및 여가활용, 권익옹호를 포함하는 것으로 정의되었고, 구성요소는 44개 항목으로 나타났다. 모든 정신장애인 자립생활의 개념과 구성요소의 모든 항목은 평균, 합의도, 수렴도, 내용 타당도 비율 기준을 충족한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 정신장애인 자립생활의 실천적, 정책적 함의와 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to elicit the concepts and components of independent living for people with psychiatric disabilities through the Delphi technique. The expert panel consisted of social workers (N=20) with at least five years of experience practicing independent living support services to people with mental disabilities on the front lines of the community and conducted three Delphi technique surveys. All delphi technique survey was performed by e-mail. as a Result, the concept of independent living for people with psychiatric disabilities were 6 domains, which were health of body, mental health, daily living skill, residence and economic activities, the use of community resources and leisure use, protection of rights and interests. Also, the component of Independent living for people with psychiatric disabilities were 44 items. All items of the concept and component were average, construct validity ratio, consensus and convergence for validity verification were proper. Finally, practical and policy implications and recommendations for independent living for people with mental disabilities are discussed based on the results of this study.
