선택적 함구증 아동의 혼합매체 활용을 통한 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 선택적 함구증 아동을 대상으로 혼합매체를 통하여 매체 활용을 통한 미술 치료 사례연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 선택적 함구증 아동의 일반적인 특징인 불안, 위축과 같은 부정적 정서에서 비롯된 의사소통에 문제가 있는 7세 여아이다. 연구기간은 2022년 6월부터 2022년 10월까지 주 1회, 회기당 50분의 미술치료와 10분간 부모 상담으로 진행하였다. 본 연구의 검사 도구로는 아동인성 검사(Korean Personality Rating for Children: KPRC)와 한연희 (2003)의 자기표현 검사, 임호찬(2013)의 동적학교생활화(KSD) 검사도구를 사용하였다. 연구분석은 결과 분석을 위해서 미술치료 프로그램 전체 20회기 동안 과정을 매 회기 정리하여 미술 활동 시 아동의 행동과 활동 과정 및 매체 탐색과 정과 불안감과 자아탄력성, 자기표현과 의사소통의 변화를 관찰하여 질적 분석하였고 위의 결과를 보완하고자 측정 도구로 KPRC 검사와 자기표현 검사, KSD 검사를 사전 사후로 실시하여 변화 값을 측정하였다. 연구 결과로 혼합매체를 활용한 선택적 함구증 아동의 미술치료가 아동의 불안과 자아탄력성, 자기표현 의사소통 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of art therapy through the use of media through mixed media for children with selective hypoplasia. The subject of this study is a 7-year-old girl who has problems with communication caused by negative emotions such as anxiety and atrophy, which are common characteristics of children with selective hypoplasia. The study period was conducted once a week from June 2022 to October 2022, with art therapy for 50 minutes per session and parental counseling for 10 minutes.The test tools of this study were the Korean Personality Rating for Children (KPRC), the self-expression test of Han Yeon-hee (2003), and the dynamic school life (KSD) test of Lim Ho-chan (2013). To analyze the results, the study analyzed the changes in children' s behavior, activity processes, media exploration, anxiety, self-resilience, self-expression, and communication during art activities. To compensate for the above results, KPRC tests, self-expression tests, and KSD tests were conducted pre-post to measure changes. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that art therapy for children with selective hypoplasia using mixed media has a positive effect on changes in children' s anxiety, self-resilience, self-expression, and communication.
