비교과 프로그램 한서튜터링이 핵심역량과 학습전략에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서 매년 운영하고 있는 튜터링 비교과 프로그램이 대학생의 핵심역량과 학습전략에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 살펴보는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 H대학교의 대학생을 대상으로 학습전략 및 동기부여를 증진시킬 수 있도록 튜터학생 1명과 튜티학생 3명을 한 조로 편성하여 프로그램의 효과성을 살펴보았다. 프로그램에 참여한 학생들은 총 93명(사전 27명 사후 66명)으로 사전-사후검사에 모두 용답한 10명의 학생을 분석에 활용하였다. 그 결과, 학습전략에서는 ‘대학생활에 대한 나의 관심 수준'이 1.10점 상승하였고 ‘나의 학습수준' 역시 1.40점 상승한 것을 확인하였다. 또한 핵심역량 전단에서는 사전-사후 비교 시 0.42점 상승하였고 하위역량별로도 모든 역량에서 상승하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 튜터링 프로그램이 튜티학생에게 학습전략 및 학업성취에 도움이 되는 것을 발견하였으며, 프로그램의 효과성 또한 동시에 입증하여 튜터링 프로그램의 기능과 그 효과에 대해 지속여부에 대한 시사점을 제공해주고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the tutoring comparative program, which is operated by the university every year, on the core competencies and learning strategies of university students. For this purpose, the effectiveness of the program was examined by organizing a group of one tutor and three Tutty students to improve learning strategies and motivation for university student at H University. A total of 93 students (27students in advance and 66 students after the program) participated in the program, and 10 students who responded to both pre- and post-test were used for analysis. As a result, in the learning strategy, the level of my interest in college life increased by 1. 10 points, and my learning level also increased by 1.40 points. In addition, in the diagnosis of core competencies, it was 0.42 points higher than before and after comparison, and it was confirmed that all competencies increased by sub-competencies. Through these results, it was found that the Hanseo - Tutoring program was helpful for Tutty students in learning strategy and academic achievement, and the effectiveness of the program was also proved at the same time, providing implications for the function of the Hanseo - Tutoring program and its continuation.
