Introduction: In this study, we selected 10 prior studies and examined the stressors of parents who have children with disabilities. The results of this study are summarized as follows. It was found that psychological factors appeared to be related to the types of disabilities. I will try to help to release parents stressors through meditation counseling while they bring up their children. Body: The general stressors what the parents have with disability children are followed. First things are financial· educational · social · physical and psychological burdens. Second are the stressors depends on the types of disabilities their own children have such as visual impaired, hearing impaired, emotional impaired and the autism. First, among the general stressors of the parents of children with disabilities, the financial burden is the largest, followed by the educational burden. It is difficult for children with disabilities to have a secondary role, and one of the parents has to help a child with a disability. It causes limitation to family and social life. I think it is financially burden to spend more than non-disabled children. In addition, the reason why the educational burden is great is that there are many educational institutions near the house for non-disabled, but the disabled do not have many educational institutions near the house. The families have children with affective disorder and the autism have difficulties in many ways with regularity, distraction, aggression, hyperactivity, depression, and atrophy. The children with such problems difficult to have proper interactions and communication due to limitations of social skills. It seems that their parenting burden is more stressful than other parents who have different types of disabilities. Second, the stress level of mothers of children with affective disorder and the autism was highest followed by the children with intellectual and physical disabilities. Conclusion: In this study, it is found that the parents who have disabled children are not aware of themselves problem such as sadness, depression and anxiety. Because of financial and educational stress are too great for them. This researcher wants to give a psychologically peaceful moment to the parents who have disabled children by the breathing meditation and the image method. It would help them to reduce the stress they have as a parents of the disabled.
