외국어로서 중국어교육 실습교사의 자기 효능감, 기술 수용성, 자기 성찰이 TPACK( 데크놀로지 교수내용지식 )에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 에듀테크를 활용한 교수법이 필요하다는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 이는 중국어교육에도 적용되어 교사의 TPACK 개발에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구는 외국어로서 중국어를 가르치게 될 실습교사를 대상으로 교사의 자기 효능감, 기술 수용성, 자기 성찰이 TPACK(테크놀로지 교수내용지식)에 미치는 영향과 에듀테크를 활용한 교수법을 도입하기 위한 방안을 탐구하였다. 연구방법으로 TPACK, 자기 효능감, 기술 수용성, 자기 성찰을 변인으로 한 다중회귀분석방법을 실시하여 그 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 TPACK, 자기 효능감, 기술 수용성 및 자기 성찰 인식 간의 구조적 관계는 유의한 결과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실습교사의 자기 효능감은 TPACK에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 실습교사의 자기 효능감이 높으면 높을수록 TPACK 수준도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 실습교사의 기술 수용성도 그 수준이 높을수록 TPACK 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자기 성찰 변인에서 조절효과의 경우에는 실습교사의 자기 효능감이 TPACK 수준에 미치는 효과를 더욱 강하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 외국어로서 중국어를 가르치는 실습교사의 수업 역량 수준을 강화하기 위해서는 TPACK 수준을 향상시켜야 하며 이를 위해 교사 교육과 정부의 제도적 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The recognition that the use of EdTech in teaching methods is becoming increasingly important has been spreading. This trend has also extended to the field of Chinese language education, with a focus on the development of teachers' TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). This study aims to examine the impact of teachers' self-efficacy, technological acceptance, and self-reflection on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) among pre-service teachers who will teach Chinese as a foreign language. The goal is to identify the influencing factors for the adoption of teaching methods using EdTech. As a research method, multiple regression analysis was conducted using TPACK, self-efficacy, technological acceptance, and self-reflection as variables to analyze their correlations. The analysis results showed a significant structural relationship between TPACK, self-efficacy, technological acceptance, and self-reflection perceptions. It was found that the self-efficacy of pre-service teachers had a positive impact on TPACK, indicating that higher self-efficacy among pre-service teachers was associated with higher TPACK levels. Similarly, higher levels of technological acceptance among pre-service teachers were positively correlated with higher TPACK levels. Regarding the moderating effect in the self-reflection variable, it was found that pre-service teachers' self-efficacy significantly moderated the effect on TPACK levels, strengthening the relationship. Therefore, to enhance the teaching competency of pre-service teachers teaching Chinese as a foreign language, it is essential to improve their TPACK levels. To achieve this, teacher training and government support are recommended as necessary steps.
