국문 초록

본 연구는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용 노인들의 스마트폰 이용수준이 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 인적자원의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 15개 시·도의 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용 노인 557명의 응답을 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, SPSS와 PROCESS macro Model 4를 활용하여 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용 노인의 스마트폰 이용수준은 낮은 수준을 보였으며, 건강관련 삶의 질은 보통 수준으로 나타났고, 인적자원은 보통보다 높은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 스마트폰 이용수준은 건강관련 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 간의 관계에서 인적자원은 매개하는 것으로 나타나 부분매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용노인들의 건강관련 삶의 질을 향상하기 위한 실천적, 제도적 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the mediating effect of human resources in the effect of the level of smartphone use of the older adults using customized care services on health-related quality of life. The responses of 557 older adults using customized care services for the older adults in 15 cities and provinces were analyzed, and the mediating effect was verified using SPSS and PROCESS macro Model 4. As a result of the analysis, first, the level of smartphone use by the older adults using customized care services for the older adults was low, health-related quality of life was moderate, and human resources were above average. Second, the level of smartphone use had a significant impact on health-related quality of life, and human resources were found to mediate the relationship between them, showing a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, practical and policy implications were provided to improve the health-related quality of life of the older adults using customized care services for the older adults.
