아동미술에 기초한 심리상담 사례연구 및 제언

국문 초록

아동의 심리에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다양하지만 미디어매체나 사교육, 대인관계, 소통 등에서 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 부모는 자녀의 불안심리를 치유하기 위해 노력하지만, 불안요인이 부모와 관련이 있는 경우도 있으므로 아동의 외형과 내형에 나타난 심리를 함께 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 심리상담 대상은 외부기관에서 학교부적응이나 산만한 행동, 틱 장애 등으로 상담을 받은 아동 7명을 대상으로 심리상담을 진행하였으며, 아동의 성향과 미술을 연계하여 사례를 연구하였다. 연구 결과를 제언하면 첫째, 아동의 문제와 성향을 분석하고, 그림을 연계하여 심리를 분석해야 한다. 둘째, 아동의 산만한 행위에 대한 교사의 평가가 중요하다. 셋째, 아동심리와 미술의 연계성에 대한 질적 연구가 필요하다. 넷째, 아동을 치유할 수 있는 종단연구가 필요하다. 다섯째, 아동미술과 심리를 상담할 수 있는 전문가 육성이 필요하다. 여섯째, 공교육과 사교육에서 아동심리와 미술에 대한 정보를 교류해야 한다. 일곱째, 아동의 개별적 성향을 존중해야 한다. 연구 결과를 토대로 교육현장에서 정서적으로 문제가 있는 아동을 대상으로 아동미술과 심리를 연계하여 상담하고, 문제를 해결할 수 있는 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

There are various factors that affect children's psychology, but the causes can be found in media, private education, interpersonal relationships, and communication. Although parents try to heal their children's anxiety, it is important to analyze the psychology of both children's external and internal forms because anxiety factors may be related to their parents. Psychological counseling was conducted for 7 children who received counseling from an external institution for school maladjustment, distracted behavior, and tic disorders, and a case study was conducted in connection with the child's disposition and art. The results of the study are suggested as follows: First, it is necessary to analyze the children's problems and dispositions, and to analyze their psychology in connection with pictures; Second, the teacher's evaluation of the child's distracting behavior is important; Third, a qualitative study on the connection between child psychology and art is required; Fourth, a longitudinal study that can heal children is needed; Fifth, it is necessary to nurture experts who can consult children's art and psychology; Sixth, information on child psychology and art should be exchanged in public and private education; Seventh, the individual dispositions of children should be respected. We hope that the results of this study will be used as a resource for counseling and solving problems by linking children art with psychology for children with emotional problems in the educational field.
