교사-유아 관계 증진 훈련(CTRT) 프로그램의 유아교육기관 적용 및 효과성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라 유치원교육과정에 맞게 수정한 교사-유아 관계 증진 훈련(CTRT**)을 통해 유아와 교사의 관계 증진 및 유아의 유아교육기관 적응 향상 정도를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 D시 유치원 4곳의 담임 교사와 학급의 유아 1명이었으며, 교사 27명 중 13명의 교사와 학급 유아는 실험집단, 다른 교사 14명과 학급 유아 14명은 통제집단으로 선정하였다. 실험집단 교사들은 주1회, 총 10회기로 구성된 본 프로그램에 참여하였고, 학급의 유아 1명과 특별놀이세션을 진행하였다. 연구 도구는 교사-유아 관계와 유치원 적응행동 도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하고 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 효과성을 알아보았다. 교사-유아 관계 증진 프로그램을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사-유아 관계 증진 프로그램은 유아와 교사 간 친밀감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-유아 관계 증진 프로그램은 유아의 유아교육기관적응, 유아교육기관 수행적응, 또래 적응, 교사 적응을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사-유아 관계 증진 프로그램이 교사-유아 관계와 유아의 유아교육기관 적응을 향상시키는 데 효과적임을 입증한다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사를 놀이치료 대행자로 활용함으로써 유아의 유아교육기관 적응과 교사-유아 관계 증진을 돕는 예방적 차원의 상담치료 프로그램으로서의 본 프로그램의 가치를 입증한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of Child-Teacher Relationship Training(CTRT). The training program was revised and developed based on the original CTRT model to fit to Korean Early Childhood educational circumstances. The participants were homeroom teachers and 1 child in the 4 kindergartens 13 out of 27 teachers and 13 children in the class were selected as the experimental group, and 14 other teachers and 14 children in the class were selected as the control group. Teachers in the experimental group participated in this program, which consisted of 10 sessions, once a week, and conducted a special play session with one child in the class. teacher-child relationship and children's preschool adjustment were used as research tools. The data analysis, the SPSS 20.0 program was used, and the effectiveness was investigated through analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results of the teacher-child relationship promotion program are as follows. First, it was found that the Child-Teacher Relationship Training program improved intimacy between children and teachers. Second, it was found that the Child-Teacher Relationship Training program improves children's adaptation to early childhood educational institutions, performance adaptation to early childhood educational institutions, peer adaptation, and teacher adaptation. The results of this study prove that the Child-Teacher Relationship Training program is effective in improving the teacher-child relationship and the adaptation of young children to early childhood educational institutions. These results prove the value of this program as a preventive counseling treatment program that helps young children adapt to early childhood educational institutions and improve teacher-child relationships by using early childhood teachers as play therapy agents. It also shows the possibility of using it as a play interaction training program for incumbent kindergarten teachers at the national level.
