지역아동센터 종사자의 이직 의도 결정 요인 기초연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 이직의도 결정요인에 대한 기초연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동들에게 인적환경의 요인이 어떻게 작용하는지를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 분석 자료는 J시 지역 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 종사자 대상이며 분석 자료는 50명이다. 분석 결과, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 40세 이상의 연령과 장애가 없을 경우 이직 의도가 낮았다. 소진의 경험을 분석한 결과 자존감 저하는 소진 경험이 높았으며, 자존감 저하에 따른 이직 의도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, 종사자의 자존감 저하로 인한 요인은 급여수준에 영향을 미치고 있으며 이는 사회복지사의 처우개선의 원인임을 알 수 있었다. 지역아동센터의 생활복지사는 행정업무와 지역아동센터 아동에게 양질의 돌봄 서비스 제공에서 보다 나은 돌봄 서비스를 충분히 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 보건복지부가 제시한 동일노동 동일임금의 단일임금체계 등 종사자 처우개선을 위해 실천적 방안이 뒤따라야 한다.

영문 초록

This study is a basic study on the determinants of turnover intention among workers in local children's centers. This study was conducted to find out how the factors of the human environment act on children using local children's centers. The analysis data is for workers working at the local children's center in J city, and the analysis data is 50 people. As a result of the analysis, according to the general characteristics of the survey subjects, the intention to leave was low if they were over 40 years of age and without disabilities. As a result of analyzing the experience of burnout, the burnout experience had a high level of low self-esteem, and the intention to change jobs due to low self-esteem was the highest. In addition, it was found that the factors caused by workers' low self-esteem had an effect on the salary level, which was the cause of the improvement of social workers' treatment. Social welfare workers of local children's centers will be able to provide better care services in terms of administrative work and provision of high-quality care services to children in local children's centers. Accordingly, practical measures must be followed to improve the treatment of workers, such as the single wage system of equal pay for equal work proposed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
