국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 분야의 기술변화 요인을 분석하고, 기술변화수용을 통한 정책 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 고찰과 데이터 분석의 방법을 동시에 진행하였다. 설정된 논의의 구조는 네 단계이며, 각 단위의 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서론에서 기술변화에 따른 스포츠 일자리의 변화에 대한 대비적 분석의 필요성을 확인하였다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명의 기술도입에 따른 거시적인 일자리 변화의 흐름을 이해하고자 하였다. 문헌 고찰과 논의를 통해 스포츠 분야의 일자리 변화의 주요 특성을 예측하였다. 셋째, 혁신기술의 수용에 대한 기사 분석을 통하여 미래의 스포츠 분야 일자리에 대한 정책 과제 및 정책 설정 방향을 탐색하였다. 넷째, 종합적인 논의를 통해서 기술변화에 대비한 한국의 스포츠 일자리의 변화에 대비한 정책제언을 시도하였다. 이상의 네 단계의 논의 과정의 주요 도출내용과 종합제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술의 변화에 따라 스포츠의 경제적 가치는 확대될 것이며, 일자리에 대한 정책적 변화가 요구된다. 스포츠 일자리의 경제적 가치는 현행 사회시스템의 유지, 생산과 소비의 심리를 유지, 서비스와 기술의 결합이라는 선구적 가치제공의 기능이 있다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 따른 구조적 실업 상황 속에서 스포츠 및 건강 분야는 현재보다 임금이 향상될 것이나, 레크레이션 분야는 임금 감소가 예측된다. 일부의 스포츠 일자리는 감소하거나 쇠퇴할 것이고, 또 일부는 새로운 창출이 기대된다. 이 과정에서 스포츠는 일자리 이동이 가장 활발한 분야가 될 것으로 예상되는 산업 분야이다. 셋째, 스포츠분야 기술요인을 통한 일자리에 대한 정책 방향을 탐색하기 위하여 3,125개의 키워드를 분석하였다. 넷마이너(NetMiner)를 이용한 클라우드 분석을 실시하였고, 주요어를 내용과 빈도에 따라 상위 30개의 구조적 의미 분석을 하였다. 키워드 분류는 내용에 따라서 스포츠 일자리 적용 대상(산업분야)/ 수단(기술) /과정(운영 및 유통)/ 기반(생산)으로 분류하였다. 중요한 공급과 수요, 수단과 산업 분야를 도출하여 스포츠 일자리 정책의 집중영역을 제시하였다. 넷째, 기술변화에 대비한 스포츠 일자리 정책 제언을 실시하였다. 경력단절의 예방을 위한 재교육의 강화가 요구된다. 또한 일자리 정책을 양적 관리체계에서 질적 관리체계로 전환되어야 함을 강조하였다. 끝으로 새로운 일자리에 대한 범위 및 경제적 지원을 위한 법․정책의 근거 마련이 필요함을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of technological change in the field of sports and to suggest policy directions through the acceptance of technological change. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study conducted a literature review and data analysis at the same time. The structure of the set discussion has four stages, and the research questions of each unit are as follows. First, at the first stage, the need for a predictive analysis of changes in sports jobs due to technological change was confirmed. Second, we tried to understand the flow of macroscopic job changes following the introduction of the technology of the 4th industrial revolution. Through literature review and discussion, the main characteristics of job change in the sports field were predicted. Third, through an article analysis on the acceptance of recent innovative technologies, realistic policy tasks and policy setting directions for future sports jobs were analyzed. Fourth, through a comprehensive discussion, the direction of policy setting was presented in preparation for changes in sports jobs in Korea in preparation for technological changes. The main findings and comprehensive suggestions of the above four stages of discussion are as follows. First, the economic value of sports will expand as technology changes, and policy changes for jobs are required. The economic value of sports jobs has the function of providing pioneering values such as maintaining the current social system, maintaining the psychology of production and consumption, and combining service and technology. Second, in the situation of structural unemployment following the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, wages in the sports and health sector will increase, but wages in the recreation sector will decrease. Some sports jobs will decline or decline, while others are expected to be created. Sport is an industry that is expected to be the most active in job mobility in this process. Third, 3,125 keywords were analyzed to explore the policy direction for jobs through technical factors in the sports field. Top 30 Keywords were classified according to the content into sports jobs application target (industrial field)/means (technology)/process (operation and distribution)/base (production). By deriving important supply and demand, means and industrial fields, the focus area of sports job policy was presented. Fourth, sports job policy suggestions were made in preparation for technological change. Reinforcement of reeducation is required to prevent career interruption. In addition, it was emphasized that the job policy should be converted from a quantitative management system to a qualitative management system. Lastly, it was suggested that it is necessary to prepare the basis for legal policies for the scope of new jobs and economic support.
