국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자기주도적 학습과 관련한 CAT(Computer Adaptive Testing) 기반 e-러닝 학습환경 설계시 필요한 핵심적인 전략을 도출하고, 이를 통해 CAT 기반의 LMS(CB-LMS, CAT Based LMS)를 개발하여 교육현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 CB-LMS를 설계 및 구현하고 이를 부산소재 P 대학교 교직과목 학생들(32명)을 대상으로 사전/사후 검사를 실시하여 자기주도적 학습력과 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, CB-LMS는 자기주도적 학습력에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 인지조절 차원의 하위 변인인 인지전략의 사용과 관련하여 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 인지전략의 사용 변인 중에서는 정교화가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 동기조절 차원의 하위 변인인 숙달목적지향성에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, CB-LMS는 학습자의 학습동기와 관련하여, 학습동기 전체 영역과 주의집중, 자신감, 만족감 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 검증되었다. 셋째, CB-LMS의 설계 원리 및 설계 전략이 실제 학습자에게 자기주도적 학습력과 학습동기 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

This study aims at synthesizing core strategies to strengthen CAT based e-Learning environment designed for SDL, materializing the strategies into the CAT based CB-LMS and verifying the effectiveness of the system by practical implementation in educational arena. To achieve these objectives, this study analyzed the effect of the CAT based CB-LMS on the SDL and learning motivation by designing and applying the system for educational practice. In accordance with the outcomes of system implementation, this study could reach the following results: First, the CAT based CB-LMS affected SDL positively. It was supported by statistically meaningful difference while verifying variations of recognition strategy which is a lower factor of cognitive control. In particular, elaboration was revealed to influence the SDL more than any other variations of recognition strategy. Also, significant difference in t-test came from mastery goal orientation which is a lower factor of motivation regulation. Second, the CAT based CB-LMS was verified to have positive effect on concentration, confidence, satisfaction as well as the whole areas of learning motivation. Third, design principle and strategy of the CAT based CB-LMS could influence leaners to achieve capabilities of SDL and learning motivation positively.
