국문 초록

KM은 기업조직의 생존과 발전을 위한 경영 패러다임으로 부각되고 있으며, KMS는 KM을 지원하는 핵심도구이다. 이러한 KMS의 구축 및 운영은 조직과 구성원의 적응력, 생존 및 진보를 위한 역량을 키우는데 있어 핵심사항이기 때문에 기업을 포함한 전 분야에서 그 중요성이 크다. 그리고 이러한 KMS는 조직의 업무특성을 반영해야한다. 본 연구에는 조직의 업무특성이 반영된 KMS 사례를 살펴보고, 타분야의 KMS 사례와 비교하고 특징을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 은행과 교직분야의 KMS 사례를 분석하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. KMS는 지식포털로서 지식과 정보를 효율적으로 하나로 연결하였다. 그러나 지식저장소로서의 역할, 화면의 구성, 전문가 관리 측면에서 차이를 보였다.

영문 초록

KM(Knowledge Management) is the management paradigm for the survival and development of an enterprise. KMS(Knowledge Management System) is a core tool which supports KM. KMS construction and its operation are the core element for the flexibility, survival, and progress of organization and its members. Consequently KMS is important to all the organizations which include the enterprise. Also KMS must reflect the business quality of organization. The purpose of this study is to observe KMS cases the organized business quality being reflected. And with KMS cases of different field it compared and it analyzed a feature. This study analyzed KMS cases of a bank and a teaching profession field. The case study has produced valuable results: KMS as Knowledge portal connected knowledge and information in a efficient way. But there were differences in terms of the role of knowledge storage facilities and the composition of a screen, and specialist management.
