창의성 교육을 위한 교사연수 교육과정 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 창의성 교육을 위한 교사연수 교육과정을 개발하고 그 타당성을 검토하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위한 기초작업으로써 창의성 교육, 창의성 교육과 교사, 창의성 교육을 위한 교사교육의 방향, 교육과정 개발이론과 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 창의성 교육이론에 대해 고찰한 결과 창의성 교육의 가능성에 대해 부정적인 견해를 제시하는 학자들도 있지만, 학습자가 가진 능력을 계발시켜준다는 관점에서 창의성 교육은 가능하며, 학교교육활동 속에서 창의성은 교과와 관련된 접근, 즉 창의성 수업방법을 교과와 접목시켜 교육할 때 가능하다는 전제를 도출하였다. 창의성 교육과 교사의 역할에 대해 고찰한 결과 교사는 창의성에 대한 기본 지식과 기술을 갖추고, 학습자의 창의적인 태도를 길러주고, 교육과정에 대한 이해를 하고 있어야 하며, 창의적인 환경을 조성해 주어야 하고, 학습자의 창의적 산물을 평가할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 능력을 길러주는데 효과적인 교사교육 방법으로 토론, 마이크로티칭, 동료장학, 반성적 저널 쓰기를 제시하였다. 이와 같은 이론적 기초를 바탕으로 선행연구와 기존의 교육과정 개 발 모형을 탐색하여 교사연수 교육과정을 구안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop in-service teacher education curriculum for creativity education. The theoretical backgrounds of the study consisted of creativity education theory, creativity education and teacher, curriculum development theory and preceding approaches. According to the research ·results on creativity, the creativity can develop through education. Furthermore, creativity education is possible through the subject matter education. On the basis of these theories, the in-service teacher education curriculum model was developed for creativity education. The procedure of curriculum development consisted of need assessment, formulation of general aims, subdivision of educational objectives, selection and organization of learning experiences. As the result of need assessment, educational objective was formulated through improvement of teaching creativity competency on teachers. On the foundation of these general aims, six general objectives were formulated as follows. First, teacher should comprehend theory of creativity. Second, teacher should lmow importance of creative environment and mal<:e educational environment. Third, teacher should evaluate learner's creativity and creative products. Fourth, teacher should know various teaching method for creativity education and apply instruction. Fifth, teacher should !mow importance of creativity and respect creative learners. Sixth, teacher should comprehend national curriculum and teach creativity in curriculum. The contents selected for creativity education. The contents were composed of 'foundation of creativity education', 'curriculum management and creativity', 'teaching and creativity', 'theory and practice of creativity evaluation'. In conclusion, teacher education needs vitally to consider creativity education.
