국문 초록

본 연구에서는 출연방식 자회사형 장애인표준사업장 도입을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인표준사업장 관련 문헌 검토와 전문가 및 관계부처 의견을받아 델파이 조사 설문지를 개발하였다. 델파이 조사는 장애인표준사업장 제도에 대한 이해와 관련 경력 등을 고려한 교수 및 연구원 10명, 장애인 고용 관련 정부기관5명, 장애인표준사업장 종사자 8명, 장애인재활 분야 종사자 7명 등 총 30명의 패널로 구성하였으며, 조사 후 평균값, 표준편차, 중앙값, 사분위범위, 내용타당도비율(CVR)을 분석하였다. 2차의 델파이 조사와 분석을 통해 설립요건, 인정률 그리고 운영 및 관리 측면의 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to introduce the corporate-funded subsidiary type standard workplace for the disabled. We developed a delphi survey questionnaire through the literature review related to the standard workplace for the disabled and the opinions from experts and related ministries. A total of 30 individuals participated in the delphi survey and it was conducted twice. Participants consisted of 10 professors and researchers, 5 experts in persons with disabilities employment institutions, 8 experts in standard workplace for the disabled, and 7 experts in the field of rehabilitation counseling. After conducting the delphi survey, mean and median score, standard deviation, interquartile range, and content validity ratio (CVR) were analyzed. Based on results, we suggested implications for the establishment requirements, percentage of employment recognition for persons with disabilities, and operational and management.
