지적장애 학교 특수교사의 사회적 지지와 감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 특수교사의 사회적 지지, 감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 중국 지적장애 특수교사 430명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사의 심리적 소진, 사회적 지지, 감정노동 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났으며 사회적 지지가 높을수록 심리적 소진은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 감정노동의 표면적 행동이 작을수록, 감정노동의 내면적 행동이 높을수록 심리적 소진은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 사회적 지지와 감정노동은 심리적 소진에 영향을 미쳤으며 심리적 소진에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 표면적 행동이며, 다음으로는 내면적 행동, 동료 지지, 학부모 지지의 순으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 사회적 지지의 교장 지지는 심리적 소진 전체에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 특수교사의 심리적 소진 예방과 완화를 위한 지지 및 개입 프로그램 개발을 위한 제안점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of social support and emotional labor on burnout of special education teachers in Chinese intellectual disability schools. The subjects of this study were 430 special education teachers at schools with intellectual disabilities through convenience cluster sampling at 14 Chinese intellectual disability schools in 7 regions. There was a correlation between burnout, social support, and emotional labor of special education teachers in Chinese intellectual disability schools. It was found that the higher the social support, the smaller the burnout. It was found that the smaller the superficial behavior of emotional labor and the higher the internal behavior of emotional labor, the smaller the burnout. In addition, social support and emotional labor of special education teachers in Chinese intellectual disability schools were factors that affect burnout. The above results were significant in that they provide an implication for the development of support and intervention programs for the prevention and alleviation of burnout of special education teachers in Chinese intellectual disability schools.
