국문 초록

이 연구에서는 정보통신기술이 발달한 우리나라의 현 상황에서 국가와 기업의 보안 유효성을 높일 수 있는 물리보안 전문가를 양성하기 위하여, 제4차 산업혁명의핵심 요소를 반영한 실효성 있는 물리보안 교육과정을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 문헌연구와 더불어 DACUM(Developing A Curriculum)을 활용하였다. 문헌연구에서는 국내외 ‘물리보안(Physical Security)’과 관련된 서적에 포함된내용과 국내외 자격제도를 비교 분석하였고, DACUM은 물리보안 및 AI와 I.C.B.M 전문가가 참여하는 워크숍을 통해 진행하였다. 워크숍에서는 전문가 그룹 논의가 중심이 되는 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)가 시행되었으며, 이 위원회를 통해 분석된 직무항목이 실제 현장에서 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는지 검증 절차를 수행해서 현장과부합하는 교육과정 개발에 활용하였다. 그 결과, 물리보안의 구성요소에 따른 내용이 도출되었다. 먼저, 건축구조적 요소의 경우 이동 경로 조성, 개폐설비, 차단설비, 구역별 경계 및 건축물 배치, 조경 등 야외시설물, 건축물 내외부 구조, 조명에 관한내용이 도출되었다. 전자시스템 요소의 경우, 침입탐지(경보)시스템, 출입통제시스템, 영상감시시스템, 통합관제시스템에 관한 내용이 도출되었다. 마지막으로 인적 요소의 경우 운영관리, 경영관리, 보안요원, 보안관리자와 관련된 내용이 도출되었다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to develop an effective physical security curriculum reflecting technologies which are key elements of the 4th industrial revolution, to cultivate 'physical security' experts who can improve the security level of the country and companies. To this end, DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) was used in this study in addition to literature research. The literature review compared and analyzed the contents contained in domestic and foreign reterature related to “Physical Security” and the domestic and international certifications, and DACUM was conducted through workshops involving physical security and AI and I.C.B.M experts(DACUM Committee). In the workshop, focus group interviews(FGI), centered on expert group discussions, were conducted. A verification procedure was performed to determine whether the job items analyzed through this committee could be effectively applied in the actual field and used to develop a curriculum consistent with the field. As a result, job analysis results were derived according to the components of physical security. First, in the case of architectural elements, jobs items related to movement path construction, opening and closing facilities, blocking facilities, boundary and building layout, landscape, interior and exterior structures, and lighting were derived. In the case of electronic system elements, jobs items related to intrusion detection(alarm) system, access control system, video surveillance system, and integrated control system were derived. Lastly, in the case of human elements, jobs items related to operation management, business management, security personnel, and security managers were derived.
