고객사의 경영활동 위험요인과 기업성과 간의 관계

국문 초록

국가 간 교역 증가에 따른 글로벌화를 직면하는 기업은 더 많은 성장의 기회와 높아진 불확실성을 직면하게 된다. 국가별 정치적, 문화적 및 기술적 환경 변화가 복합적으로 나타나기 때문에, 기업의 공급사슬 위험관리는 불확실성 대응에 필수적인 전략으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬 위험관리전략을 구매사 관점에서 조망하였으며, 공급사슬 위험요인을 기업내부위험, 산업환경위험, 공급사위험으로 구분하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 위험관리 전략 및 기업성과들의 관계에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 기업내부위험과 공급사위험은 고객사의 위험관리전략(공급사관계관리, 공급사모니터링)에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 산업환경위험은 공급사관계관리와 공급사모니터링에 유의미한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 위험관리전략과 기업성과 간의 관계에서는, 고객사의 위험관리전략(공급사관계관리, 공급사모니터링)이 구매성과에 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타난 반면, 품질성과와 비용성과에는 유의미한 영향이 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

Under globalization due to increased trade among countries, companies face more opportunities for growth and increased uncertainty. Corporate supply chain risk management is emerging as an essential strategy for responding to uncertainties that combine political, cultural, and technological environmental changes. This study focuses on supply chain risk management strategies from the Buyer’s customers. We classified the supply chain risk factors into corporate internal risk, industrial environment risk, and supplier risk. Based on this, the relationship between risk management strategies and firm performance has been investigated. Results show that, internal corporate risk and supplier risk have a negative (-) effect on customer risk management strategies (supplier relationship management, supplier monitoring), and industrial environment risk has no significant impact on supplier relationship management and supplier monitoring. In the relationship between risk management strategy and firm performance, the customer's risk management strategy (supplier relationship management and supplier monitoring) had a positive (+) effect on purchase performance, while no significant impact on quality and cost performance.
