읽기 개별화 집중중재(Tier 3)를 제공하는 교사의 절정경험 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 읽기 학습부진 학생을 일대일로 지도하는 교사의 절정경험을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2021년 9월부터 12월까지 읽기 학습부진 학생을 일대일로 지도한 교사 10인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰는 2022년 1월에 일대일 온라인 화상회의로 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 연속적 비교법을 활용하여 전사 및 분석되었다. 연구 결과 개념 81개, 하위범주 10개, 상위범주 4개가 도출되었고, 상위범주는 ‘절정경험의 양상’, ‘대상 간 절정경험 및 좌절경험’, ‘절정경험의 결과’, ‘개별화 집중중재의 가치와 향후 방향’이었다. 결과에 따르면, 중재 후반기에 절정경험의 가능성이 높아졌고, 개별화 집중중재의 절정경험은 학급에서의 절정경험과 차이를 보였다. 절정경험의 대상은 학생, 담임교사, 학부모였으며, 그중에서도 학생과의 절정경험은 학생 성취, 학생과 교사의 태도 변화를 초래했다. 교사는 절정경험을 통해 읽기 집중중재의 진정한 가치를 깨달았고, 절정경험을 위한 효과적 방안에 대해 의견을 제시하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교사 지원방안과 집중중재 실시 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the peak experience of teachers who teach students with reading difficulties. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 teachers who taught students with reading difficulties from September to December 2021. The interview was conducted by one-on-one online meeting in January 2022, and the collected data were transcribed and analyzed using a continuous comparison method. As a result of the study, 81 concepts, 10 subcategories, and 4 categories were derived, and the categories were 'aspects of peak experience’, ‘peak and frustration experience among related people’, 'the result of peak experience', and 'the value and future direction of the individualized intensive intervention'. According to the results, the possibility of peak experience increased in the second half of the intervention, and the peak experience of individualized intensive intervention was different from that of the class. The subjects of the peak experience were students, homeroom teachers, and parents, and among them, the peak experience with students resulted in student achievement and changes in the attitudes of students and teachers. The teacher realized the true value of intensive reading intervention through the peak experience and suggested opinions on effective ways for the peak experience. Based on the results, this study discussed ways of teacher support and intensive intervention.
