국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원교사를 대상으로 에듀테크 역량의 중요도와 실행도를 살펴본 뒤. IPA분석을 실시하여 유치원교사의 에듀테크 역량강화를 위한 교육내용의 우선순위를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 유아교사에게 필요한 에듀테크 역량을 도출하고자 하였다. 충청북도 유치원에 근무하는 교사 53명을 임의표집한 뒤 설문지를 배부하였다. 첫째, 유치원 교사의 에듀테크 역량 인식을 살펴보면, 중요도와 실행도 간 유의미한 수준에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 에듀테크 역량에 대한 IPA 분석결과에 따르면, 1사분면(지속유지 영역)은 에듀테크 교육역량, 2사분면(집중관리 영역)은 유아디지털역량, 3사분면(점진개선)은 에듀테크 교육도구이해 역량으로 나타났으며 4사분면(과잉 노력 지양)에 해당하는 영역은 없는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study examines the importance and implementation of edutech competencies for early childhood teachers. IPA analysis was performed. Through this, it was intended to derive edutech competencies necessary for early childhood teachers. 53 teachers working at the Chungcheongbuk-do kindergarten were randomly sampled and questionnaires were distributed. First, looking at the perception of edutech competencies of kindergarten teachers, there was a difference in significant level between importance and implementation. Second, according to the IPA analysis of the edutech competency of kindergarten teachers, the first quadrant was edutech education competency, the second quadrant was infant digital competency, and the third quadrant was understanding edutech education tools, and there was no fourth quadrant.
