국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나 시대에 적합한 문화예술교육사 양성 교육과정 개편을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 예비 문화예술교육사들이 수강하게 되는 현 교육과정을 고찰하였으며, 앞으로 포스트 코로나 시대에서 다루어질 필요성이 있는 교육내용의 특성에 대해 ‘문화예술교육의 융합적 특성, 문화예술교육에서의 디지털 활용, 문화예술교육의 다양성 고려’와 관련하여 논의하였다. 그리고 최종적으로는 새로운 방향성을 반영한 ‘문화예술교육개론’의 교육과정을 제안하였다. 상술한 논의를 바탕으로 본고에서의 교육과정 제언은 연수 등의 프로그램 등을 통해 예비 문화예술교육사 뿐만 아니라 기존 문화예술교육사들에게도 지속적으로 교육이 진행되어야 할 것이고, 특정 예술 분야에만 적용되는 것이 아닌 다채로운 예술 분야에 균형있게 다루어져야 할 것이며, 2급 교육과정 내 다른 교과목들과의 연계가 원활하게 이루어져야 한다는 시사점을 얻었다. 현재 운영되는 2급 문화예술교육사 교육과정의 직무역량 5개 교과목 중 ‘문화예술교육개론’은 모든 예술 분야의 예비 문화예술교육사가 공통적으로 이수하게 되는 중요한 교과목이다. 따라서 시대의 요구에 부응한 ‘문화예술교육개론’교과목 개편은 예비 문화예술교육사의 역량을 함양하여 문화예술교육 소비자 및 향유자에게 높은 수준의 문화예술을 경험할 수 있도록 하는 선순환의 흐름에 일조할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the reorganization of the curriculum for training cultural and artistic educators suitable for the post-COVID-19 era. To this end, this paper examined the current curriculum that prospective culture and arts educators will take, and discussed the characteristics of educational content that needs to be dealt with in the post-COVID-19 era in terms of 'convergence characteristics of culture and arts education, digital use in art education, and diversity of culture and arts education'. And finally, a curriculum of introduction to culture and arts education reflecting a new direction was proposed. Based on the above discussion, the curriculum proposal in this paper suggested that education should be continued not only for preliminary culture and arts education but also for existing culture and arts education teachers, and that it should be balanced in various arts fields, and that it should be linked smoothly with other subjects in the second-level curriculum. Among the five job competencies of the current second-class culture and arts education curriculum, the “Culture and Arts Education Introduction” is an important subject that will be commonly completed by prospective culture and arts education history in all arts fields. Therefore, the reorganization of the 'Introduction to Culture and Arts Education' course in response to the demands of the times is expected to contribute to the virtuous cycle of cultivating the capabilities of preliminary culture and arts educators so that consumers and enjoyment of culture and arts can experience a high level of culture and arts.
