국문 초록

이 연구는 특수교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 개발 연수 프로그램 구성 및 타당화를 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 선행연구 검토를 통해 교사 수준 교육과정 개발 요소를 도출하고, 전문가 타당도 검증을 통해 9차시의 연수 프로그램 주제 및 내용을 구성하였다. 둘째, 특수교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 개발 연수 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위해 동질성이 확보된 실험집단과 통제집단을 구성하고 실험집단에 대해 연수 프로그램을 운영하였다. 두 집단을 대상으로 독립표본 t검증을 실시하여 연수 프로그램의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 연수 프로그램의 전문가 타당도는 대체로 적합이거나 매우 적합에 가까운 결과를 보였으며, 연수 프로그램의 효과 또한 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 특수교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 개발 연수 프로그램의 시사점, 평가 실행 지원, 교사 수준 교육과정 개발 역량 강화 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to construct and validate the training program for the development of teacher’s level curriculum for special teachers. To this end, first, the elements of teacher’s level curriculum development were derived through the review of prior research, and the topic and contents of the 9th session were composed through expert validation. Second, to verify the effectiveness of special education teachers’s level curriculum development training program, an experimental group and a control group with homogeneity were formed, and the training program was operated for the experimental group. The effect of the training program was analyzed by performing an independent sample t-test for two groups. As a result of the study, the expert validity of the training program showed a result that was generally appropriate or very close, and the effect of the training program was also found to have a statistically significant difference. Based on these results, the implications of special education teachers’s level curriculum development training program, support for evaluation implementation, and ways to strengthen teacher’s level curriculum development capabilities were discussed.
