청소년의 긍정심리자본이 학교생활적응과 학교 행복에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 긍정심리자본이 학교생활적응과 학교행복감에 미치는 영향에 대한 영향을 알아보고자하였다. 이를 위해 대구․경북에 소재한 중학년 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 300명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 첫째. 청소년의 긍정심리자본과 학교생활적응, 학교행복감 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 긍정심리자본이 학교생활적응과학교행복감에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 긍정심리자본의 하위요인 중 복원력이 상대적으로 높은 예측력을 가지는 것으로 나타나 청소년들이 스스로 실패와 고난을 이겨나가는 힘이 있을 때 학교생활적응과 학교행복감이 상승할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년의 학교생활적응과 학교행복감을향상시키기 위해서는 주변 환경의 취약성을 보완하는 것과 더불어 긍정심리자본을 향상시키는 것이 매우 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of adolescents' positivepsychological capital on school life adjustment and school happiness. To this end, a surveywas conducted on 320 middle school students located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and the final300 students were selected as study subjects. As a result of analyzing the collected data,first. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between adolescents' positivepsychological capital, school life adjustment, and school happiness. Second, it was found thatthe positive psychological capital of adolescents had a significant effect on school lifeadaptation and school happiness. In particular, resilience was found to have relatively highpredictive power among the sub-factors of positive psychological capital, indicating thatadolescents can adapt to school life and increase school happiness when they have the powerto overcome failures and hardships on their own. Therefore, it suggests that in order toimprove adolescents' adaptation to school life and school happiness, it is very important toimprove positive psychological capital as well as to compensate for the vulnerability of thesurrounding environment.
