사회불안장애의 인지모형에 대한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지금까지 제안된 사회불안장애의 인지모형들을 종합 정리하고, 개선점을 알아보았다. 자료조사를 위해 인터넷 검색을 실시하였고, ‘Model of social anxiety disroder’, ‘사회불안장애의 인지모형’ 등을키워드로 하여 검색한 결과 12가지의 사회불안장애 관련 모델이 있었으며, 그 중 5개가 사회불안장애의 인지모델과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 선정된 5개의 모델은 Beck, Emery, Greenberg(1985)의 모형, Clark과Wells(1995)의 인지모형, Rapee와 Heimberg(1997)의 사회불안장애의 인지모형, Hoffman(2007)의 인지모형, Clark과 Beck(2011)의 사회불안장애의 인지모형이다. 본 연구에서는 선정된 5개의 모형을 대상으로 사회불안장애가일어나는 인지적 과정을 살펴보고, 각 모델의 공통점과 차이점, 개선점을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의시사점과 의미를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the cognitive model of social anxiety disorder, tosummarize it, and to identify improvements. Internet search was conducted to investigate thedata. As a result of searching ‘the model of social anxiety disorder’ and ‘the cognitive modelof social anxiety disorder’ with keywords, there were a total of 12 models related to socialanxiety disorder, and 5 of them were related to cognitive model of social anxiety disorder. There were Beck, Emery and Greenberg(1985)’s a cognitive model, Clark and Wells(1995)’sa cognitive model of social phobia, Rapee and Heimberg(1997)’s a cognitive-behavioral modelof anxiety in social phobia, Hoffman(2007)’s a cognitive behavioral model of social anxietydisorder, and Clark and Beck(2011)’s A cognitive model of social phobia in the five models. In this study, the cognitive process of social anxiety disorder in each selected model wasexamined, and the commonalities, differences, and improvements of each model wereexamined.
