국문 초록

본 연구는 초기 청소년의 부모와 교사의 상담에 도움을 주기 위하여 초기 청소년의 성장마인드셋 및 그릿과학교생활적응의 구조적 관계를 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구는 초등학교 6학년 학생 294명을 대상으로구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 변수의 구조적 관계를 검증하였으며, 부트스트랩 분석으로 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 초기 청소년의 성장마인드셋은 학교생활적응에 직·간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 그릿은초기 청소년의 성장마인드셋과 학교생활적응 사이에서 간접효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 학부모와교사에게 초기 청소년의 성장마인드셋과 그릿이 학교생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 인식하게 할수 있는 이론적 근거를 제시하였다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to examine the structural relationship between children'sgrowth mindsets and grits and school life adaptation to help children's parents and teachersfoster care. The study verified the structural relationship of variables using a structuralequation model for 294 children, and confirmed the mediating effect through bootstrapanalysis. As a result of the study, first, children's growth mindsets directly affected schoollife adaptation, and children's growth mindsets indirectly affected school life adaptationthrough grit. Second, grit was found to have an indirect effect between children's growthmindsets and school life adaptation. These research results have implications in that theypresented a theoretical basis for parents and teachers to recognize that children's growthmindsets and grits are influencing variables of school life adaptation.
