국문 초록

본 연구는 학교폭력 갈등조정을 위한 회복적 서클(Restorative Circle) 이야기치료 사례연구이다. 본 연구대상은 참여자(피해학생, 가해학생)의 진술을 분석하여 자신에 대한 인식과 현재의 감정, 타인에 대한이해,갈등에 대한 재인식, 변화 등의 4가지 유형의 경험에 대한 내용이다. 본 연구는 학교폭력 사건 이후에 갈등조정과정에서 이야기를 중심으로 갈등해결을 위한 종합적 이해 및 대응체계의 문제를 파악하고 이해당사자들의역할과 책임을 탐색하도록 돕는 것이 목적이다. 이는 학교폭력 사건 이후 피해자와 가해자가 갈등의 해결과정에서 겪는 경험을 살펴보았다. 특히 갈등의 전개 양상 및 주요 요인, 갈등의 근본적 해결을 위한 욕구에 대해정확하고 관계자들을 돕기 위함이다. 본 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교폭력 갈등조정을 위한 회복적서클의 경험은 무엇인가? 둘째, 학교폭력 갈등 및 회복은 어떻게 접근하는가? 셋째, 이야기치료 과정에서 학교폭력의 갈등조정 경험은 무엇인가? 따라서 이야기치료를 통해 학교폭력 피해자 및 가해자들은 갈등을 인식하고참여와 소통으로 문제를 해결하는 기회를 갖게 된다. 즉 회복적 서클경험과 이야기치료 과정은 학교폭력 피해자와가해자로 하여금 피해보상을 넘어 회복이라는 근원적인 갈등해결의 가능성을 발견하는 기회가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of restorative circle story therapy for conflict resolution ofschool violence. The subject of this study is the content of four types of experiences:self-awareness and current feelings, understanding of others, re-recognition of conflicts, andchange by analyzing the statements of participants(victims and perpetrators). The purpose ofthis study is to help identify the problem of comprehensive understanding and responsesystem for conflict resolution and to explore the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders inthe process of mediating conflicts after school violence incidents, focusing on stories. Thisstudy looked at the experiences that victims and perpetrators experience in the process ofresolving conflicts after school violence incidents. In particular, it is to be accurate about thedevelopment of the conflict, its main factors, and the desire for a fundamental resolution ofthe conflict, and to help those involved. The research questions of this study are as follows. First, what is the experience of restorative circles for school violence conflict resolution?Second, how do you approach school violence conflict and recovery? Third, what is theexperience of conflict resolution of school violence in the process of narrative therapy?Therefore, through narrative therapy, victims and perpetrators of school violence have anopportunity to recognize conflicts and solve problems through participation and communication. In other words, the restorative circle experience and story therapy process will be anopportunity for victims and perpetrators of school violence to discover the possibility offundamental conflict resolution beyond compensation for damage.
